For over one and a half years, I have been playing eRepublik. I grew from a noob to super soldier, from super soldier to elite and from elite to minister. I’ve been thinking about running for president a couple of times already, but I was too inexperienced back then. Now however, I feel that the time has come to ask the people of eUNL to make me their representative. Therefore, I will be running for president this month.

What do I have to offer?
Because I was Minister of Defense, I already met the people in charge of Phoenix. This way it will be easy for me to get in contact with the guys there, so that I can also represent our country in Phoenix. I think this is very important, because the situation in eEurope might lead to a war in our own country anytime soon. In that case, we will need all the help we can get.

I also have a lot of time to offer. With only little school this period, I will be able to really give everything this month.


What are my plans?

1. Economic Babies
We are a small country with great potential. Our country holds a great amount of very strong and active soldiers. With some more money, they could be the one of the strongest armies in the world. The problem is that we don’t have a lot of money to spend on tanks. There is one way that brings in a lot of money and that is inviting new people to eRepublik. As a president, I will try to get the activity back into recruiting and creating a babyboomsite, so that it will get money from everyone that joins eUNL.

2. Transparency
One of the most important things in a country is that the citizens know what’s going on. When the people that rule the country fail in informing them, the citizens will get a wrong impression of the things the government and the president are doing, because they don’t have a clue who is doing what. Therefore I will be informing the citizens on a weekly basis, with the things we have achieved that week and the what else the country has to know

3. Fun
eRepublik is a game with a lot of perspectives. There is economics, politics and media. But there is one thing that influences all these perspectives and that thing is called war. A large part of the articles are about wars and these wars are declared through political procedures and what to think of high iron regions, that are a main reason for wars. There is a reason wars are involved in every part of the game. Wars are fun. Fighting is fun. Winning is fun. Without daily battles to fight in, people will get bored and quit the game, resulting in a huge population loss for eUNL. That is why we need to participate in training wars. If these wars do not offer us enough fights, we have one option left. Every single country in eEurope has already been attacked, except for us. Why not use our strategic position to help our allies in Phoenix, by blocking Spain or Poland when needed? This provides our population with some battles and bring the fun back into the game!
