Since there's been enough interest to justify forming the militia, we're going to go ahead. I'll be PMing all those who have expressed interest, and anyone else who wants to join as well to confirm that they are willing to join.

After confirming, I'll begin posting jobs tomorrow, and PMing members with instructions on where to work.

Anyway, onto a few other things.

First of all, we now have a name.

We're taking the less active independent fighters of Japan (Ronin), outfitting them, and putting them to work for the good of the country.

Aside from that, I've run some numbers. I previously guaranteed a minimum of 16 Q5 food and 5 Q5 weapons every 2 days, the fact is we can do more damage and spend less money by supplying 30 Q5 food to each person each day. That means we'll do more damage every day, members will rank faster, and we'll have more money left over to supply guns for bigger battles. Higher skilled members will get a weapon every once in a while, and weapons will be distributed for bigger battles too though.

However, some people already make part or all of their own food. Roughly speaking a Q5 weapon is equivalent to about 10 Q5 food, so if you produce some of your own food, we will reduce your rations, and give you an equivalent increase in Q5 weapons everyday. So if you're self sufficient in food already, you'll receive 3 (possibly 4 depending on how things look) Q5 weapons a day. (You need to PM me if you want to switch food for weapons however.)

Also, I think this goes without saying, but all members are expected to work with 90+ health per day.
