Re-writing the Constitution

Yup, it's happening.

We're still in process of cleaning out and restructuring the constitution so that it may no longer be abused as it has been. However, if you have any ideas you would like to see in the constitution, please feel free to let me know.

Current Constitutional Concepts
*President retains "emergency powers"
*Congress gains censure powers over President
*Separation of Cabinet Positions (Ministry of Security) from Presidential authority
*Voting regulations
*Congressional Behavioral Responsibilities

P.S. As for Ministry of Defense issues, monies have been transferred to the NBoJ, so I expect to be providing the Teams with their budgets tonight.

How much of the congress do you need for a constitutional revision? Or I guess you can just throw all the rules aside because they aren't important.

At this point Suga, I think we're not labeling this a "revision" so much as a "do-over", and because of the... interesting nature... of Japanese politics at this time, we'll be playing it by ear, but rest assured we will have the maximum amount of approval possible for this new Constitution before it is implemented.

Geno: what is required to change the constitution? Who are allowed to work on the new constitution, and who are allowed to vote for it? How are real japanese taken in consideration?
