Well done. In criticising his article you have inadvertantly created an article which is just as full of fail as his was.

Every idea is pure.cause its just an idea,its not real,it doesnt have matter. Its the representation of an idea to the actions that it carries that have meanining. That's real...So by saying that the idea of Communism is a pure idea is something that it's true. But the representation of that idea to the real world....that is a different subject. And dont say that the people that represented the idea were corrupted. Corruption is everywhere. Not a good justification...

I read and watched about communism alot. The only reason why communism failed in 20 century it's because all those countryes was not prepared, and there allways was a horrible dictator, like stalin, Mao and others. The real communism will be based on majority of peoples, not one of them.

The real communism is based on false idea that human can be changed and programed. That society and human being can evolve in something else. It's against human nature, against human will. Against humanity and it will always fail. Marks and Engels were first to propose genocide for not developed societies on level they though is enough to ascend to communism level. read some more stuff. The whole basics of communistm are againgst human nature, and it will always be "engineering of human society". Remodeling by removing big part of society (killing). it's always the same scenario. wherewer it appears. You think Mao, Stalin, Castro, Kim dzong Ill and many others didn't knew what communism is? First step to create new society is to eliminate all who think in old ways (inteligence), then it's about to remodel all who think different, have more, than the others. And when we have uneducated, poor flock, it's about remodel they way of thinking to communist level, and there will be paradise. Livelie,those that were not born and didn't live in soviet union will never understand what u mean 🙂 Germans burnt million alive but that doesn't mean taht i have to hate them cause it's not those people that live now did it.Soviets at least had a good idea to start with 🙂 By the way, Venesuela's new political structure built according to Marx's idea. I've read the Communist Manifesto by Marx (and Engels) back in college and there was by no means any mention of genocide. They wanted to un-program the way people had already been brainwashed by religion and capitalism. To say that man's basic nature is to try to dominate and use all those around him to aggrandize himself is no more reasoned or "intelligent" than pointing to the cooperative (and obviously successful) lifestyle of our most primitive ancestors. Trace our most noble nature throughout human history and you will find at least as many examples of self sacrifice and cooperation as self serving task-mastery.

Capitalism is the first and only act of an animal. Soviet Russia was not communist. China is not and never was communist. It has never been successful because it has never been truly tried. At Communism's most elemental form it is the elimination of society's classes and the sharing of property. Nothing like this has been accomplished beyond the size of an Israeli kibbutz. Which, I might add, are more successful than comparably-sized capitalist communities.

I'm unfamiliar with a single nation in human history that is or has been a true communist republic where most property is shared by the people. It has never happened. Just because someone claims to be a communist doesn't mean they are a practicing one...or even that they know true communism if they saw it.

What you are describing are totalitarian states where the people have very little say and most property is kept from the people. The states you have cited, the U.S.S.R. and Nazi Germany are basically anti-communism by definition.

Yeah, we had a joke back in the times of Soviet occupation (which could get you in trouble if a police informer lurked around):

"Existing communism doesn't work and working communism doesn't exist."

Communism have killed some 70 million people worldwide, from the Chinese 'cultural' cleansing through the Ukrainian Holodomor to the millions murdered in Stalin's Gulag death camps.

Whatever some troubled youngsters dream in their comfortable and safe liberal democracies - in reality Communism is the synonym of mass graves, poverty and inhumanity.

I can only guess at the pain you feel towards such an occupational regime. And I agree, a person born poor and crippled in the USA can count himself fortunate when compared to hardships many must endure every day in other corners of the world to stay alive. I'm one of those "Troubled Youngters" dreaming in my "comfortable and safe democrac[y]" mentioned--though I'm 39--but that doesn't take away from the falsity of the Communism you experienced.

Communism is about holding a group of people more important than an individual's power. It's democratic, noble, self sacrificing. It says that if you are crippled you have a place and a worth, and if you are hungry you will be fed. The work in fields will be shared and the bounty of the crop will also.

There is no raping and killing in evidence to such an ideal. But that's what it is, an ideal. Just as Rome's peace, the Catholic Church's desire for a Christian Jerusalem, and the United States of America's believe that the land from the East coast to the West should be under one flag are all ideals. They are good ideas implemented by greedy, heartless, a**holes. And I hope we can all agree that whenever you get a greedy, heartless a**hole in power things will go very very badly.

Such is the case with the occupation of your country, Stranger Here Myself. It had absolutely nothing to do with communism and everything to do with greedy, heartless a**holes. If you must hate, be sure you are hating the right thing.
