Ranking Program: phase 1

Theocracy want the best for its Soldiers.
We are not here to earn on our Theocratics citizens, but we want to grow up all togheter making our army every day most efficient.
For this reason the golds earned with theocratics companies export, now will be shared between Soldiers.

We will start with a first investment of 244 golds for Soldiers that respect those parameters:
- only Soldiers with rank Captain and Colonel
- less than 1000 damage to pass rank

The ranking Soldiers will have:
- weapons will vary/depend (Alpha Q4 or Q5, Beta Q3, Gamma Q2)
- when a Soldier passes to higher forces, will be updated also the weapons supply
- Colonel will have tickets, weapons and 10 GOLDS
- Captain will have tickets, weapons and 6 GOLDS

Let's recap:
The sequence MUST be repeated EVERY DAY.
Every day will be utilized 2 GOLDS for each Soldier in this ranking plan.
The THIRD DAY OF WAR, the CAPTAINS will end their cycle and they will do a FINAL SPRINT until 50% wellness (the next day after one fight: Hospital and Gifts and they will be at 100% wellness). COLONELS instead will do the same on FIFTH DAY OF WAR.

Maybe you will ask yourself why no use all the golds the first day?
The answer is simple, because the strength increase every day and we need to razionalize the golds.

This RANKING PLAN is the FIRST of a long serie. After the end of this one will be recalculated rank, strength and other golds will make available for other soldiers that will respect the parameters described.

Every Soldier must send PM to Theocratic Holy Army to officially confirm.

We will supervize each Soldier that will be in this ranking plan.
IF SOMEBODY NO RESPECT THIS PLAN WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE LIST!
