BATTLEFIELD REPORT

Western Europe

- Sweden has started yet another offensive against Denmark in an effort to push through to Germany. Swedish marines landed on the poorly defended beaches near Ebeltoft and Odder to the north and south of Arhus, and they created bridgehead allowing Swedish armoured and mechanized units to land. These two groups swiftly cut off main communications between Arhus-Aalborg and Arhus-Odense and thus effectively isolating Arhus. Fieldmarshal Aldo Dobrila gathered all the men he could spare and swiftly took defensive positions around the city. Fierce fighting occurred around Transbjerg and after 8 hours of heavy fighting Swedes managed to break through Danish defenses and entered the city. By the end of the day all resistance in Arhus was crushed and Midtjylland was occupied by Sweden on 24.12. u 5:55 erep.


Battles of Arhus and Midtjylland

- Immediately after conquering Midtjylland Sweden was faced with a British invasion which could spoil their plans in Germany. Two groups of British Expeditionary Corps landed near Harboore and Ringkobing and couple of hours later took control over Holstebro and Heming. Advance of the northern group under command of fieldmarshal Steeeev was soon stopped near Haderupa and British forces were forced to retreat. The southern group lead by fieldmarshal amamkhomaini continues to advance and with heavy casulties takes control of Silkeborg. However, because he lost protection on the left flank amamkhomaini decides to retreat. Under great pressure from Swedes, British forces managed to pull out majority of its troops. Commander of defense, seasoned warrior and experienced leader fieldmarshal Bic deWille was awarded with BH medal for succesfull defense of Midtjylland.

- On 25.12. at 16:20 erep France started another offensive against Spain in an effort to liberate its lost teritories. This time an attack is aimed at the weakest link of Spain occupied regions – Limousin. The beginning of French offensive didn’t went as planned and troops of fieldmarshal meza stuck on first obstacle. French suffered great losses during initial battle in border area near Saint-Julien and their plan to quickly seize control over Limoges is now in question. Defenders have great confidence in their CO, Swedish fieldmarshal Bic deWille which came to France immediately after the battle of Midtjylland.


Balkans

- Romanian High Command started an attack on Bulgaria on 23.12. in an effort to draw some damage from Asian front. For this operation Romanians mobilized 3000 men which were put under fieldmarshal Danidanam’s command. Romanian attack started at 22:15 with a massive crossing of Danube at multiple crossing points. Romanians encountered heavy resistance of superiour Phoenix troops and with heavy casulties managed to make a small bridgehead 5 km east of Nikopol. After multiple unsuccesfull attempts to widen the bridgehead and push inland towards Pleven, Danidanam decided to withdraw her troops. Under the pressure from troops commanded by Serbian fieldmarshal Darxy, Danidanam withdrew to starting positions across the Danube.


Crossing the Danube

- Greece continued with its tactics of preventive attacks on Aegean and Mediteranian coast of Turkey. With the constant bombardment of military installations in Izmir and Antalya, Greek HQ prevents Turkey to mount an offensive against Greece. Both sides have 15.000 to 20.000 militia troops fighting in this low intensity battles. These battles are classified as low intensity battles but both sides are prepared to throw in additional 20.000 troops from allied countries in case it becomes an important front.


Azija

- After the great battle for Liaoning which was won by USA and resulted in withdrawal of Iranians from China, Americans decided it’s time to take another Phoenix high iron region - Heilongjiang. First step towards Heilongijang was made on 23.12. when Chinese fieldmarshal deathdeity, surrendered his troops in Jilin to American fieldmarshal and ex president of USA Harrison Richardson. After taking control of Jilin, Americans started to move their troops north towards Hungarian controlled Heilongjiang. But US troops were ambushed near Fuyu by Hungarian Rapid Reaction Force. Hungarians stopped American column and with heavy artillery bombardment prevented Americans to asume order of battle. Lead by fieldmarshal Koppany , Phoenix allied troops mounted several succesfull atacks on US positions forcing them to retreat to Changchun. Fieldmarshal Josh Frost organized defense at Changchun and stopped Hungarian advance for a while. After several hours of bombardment and strong attack of armoured division from Jilin, fieldmarshal Frost decided to withdraw his troops to Liaoning which was given back to China couple of hours earlier.

- Hungarian fieldmarshal and president Feherlofia Koppany continues to pressure Americans and with 2.500 men invades Pyonganon 25.12. at 14:00 erep. Without any significant resistance Hungarians took control over Pyongyang and forced US troops to withdraw to Onjon and Hwaji-Il from where they will be transported to Chinese teritory. It is surprise to see such low level of comitment in defense of Pyongan because it’s strategically very important region which could be a starting point for Russians to inavde Liaoning if it stays under Chinese control. It is possible and very probable that Pentagon is planning to start counteroffensive using airborne units in the last hours of battle.


Battle of Jilin and American withdrawal

- In the last 24 hours there has been couple of very interesting region swaps in Asia. On 25.12. at 14:50 erep Theocrat president of South Korea icsiszer surrendered regions of Gyeongsangnam and Gyeongsangbuk to North Korea which brought North Koreans, and with them also Hungarians and Russians one step closer to US occupied regions of China. By surrendering just one more territory to North Koreans, Theocrats would make possible for Hungarians or Russians to invade Shandong and Jiangsu. Invasion of these teritories would block USA and it would probably lead to expulsion of Americans from Asia. Pentagon realized this threath and in coordination with Chinese ordered withdrawal from Shandong and Jiangsu returning them to China. By doing that, Americans created an oportunity to mount future counterattack because when Hungarians conquer Pyongan, they will lose border with USA and by losing the border they will also lose initiative. Americans will then initiate another region swap with China and soon they’ll be in a position to invade Jilin and after that Heilongjiang.


Australija

- Ten days after suprisingly succesfull Brazilian invasion of Australia, whole continent is again in the hands of Australians. The last battle for Northern territory started on 23.12. at 20:00 erep. Command over this operation was given to ex president of Australia, fieldmarshal Cerridwen Voeland. Voeland gathered around 6500 soldiers for this operation and divided them into two task force groups. Task Force “South” invaded Northern Territory from direction of South Australia and easily defeated small Brazilian garrison of Alice Springs. Task Force “West” had a bigger problem and slowly advanced through Gregory National Park. Brazilian CO, fieldmarshal rjaffier estimated that he can’t maintain defense of Northern Territory without proper suplly lines which were cut off after Western Australia was conquered by Australians. Because of that, he decided to slowly withdraw to Darwin from where he transported his 1540 men to Indonesia.
