QQ for Q4, military things and the return of some good friends

Day 1,773, 13:12 Published in Ireland Ireland by Death and Taxes

So the first thing to talk about is the new Q4 training grounds and the 0.60 gold reduction in the costs of the Shooting Range. This was a bridge too far for me personally, and taking into account the garbage situation we currently have with the economy module, I decided the time had come to delete my repertoire of companies and cash them in.

Strength is king, advancement is king and the military module is king. Of course, all this may change in 6 months time, but to be practical, we have to base our decisions on the now. With full Q4 training it takes 2.72 days to get to SS at a negative of 2.8 gold. The division in those that train fully and those that cannot or choose not to grows.

Speaking of the military module, the final pieces of our NAP puzzle are falling into place. The critical battle was in Cork yesterday, an auto-attack from the UK. Failure to win this battle would have the allowed the UK (unintentionally) to continue to lumber through our territory thus increasing the time before the NAP could be put in place.

Both sides have their citizens who are unhappy with the NAP, and that is fine and good, but the majority need to give due diligence to it and the government that represents them. I am very pleased to say that The Malcontents were at the fore:

I would like to pay particular tribute to The Sazman for an awesome display in fighting ability to top the BH twice and win an easy CH with about 4 times the damage to his nearest competitor.

Thanks also to Sweet who has done everything, above and beyond the call of duty, to ensure we have kept to the terms of the NAP.

It is my duty as commander to put on the record what our military unit does for this country, whether she acts sensibly or not, our role is to protect her and her environs as best we can.

Next up, some welcome returns to our fair isle. After the demise of the Belfast Brigade, I'm happy to see an influx of 'the usual suspects' to our shores, much like the first Swallows of summer.

Although still attached to the Croatia military structure, we hope these fine soldiers detach themselves to join the IA or back to the ICA as once they belonged. They make our country stronger so welcome them.

Finally tonight, a very faithful and long-time friend, Nogin the nog returned to our shores for another tour of duty. Formidable - in the French sense.

Thanks for listening

The Malcontents are recruiting. If you are Field Marshall+ don't need a commune, want to retain an avatar, don't need to IRC or have #kills per day we might be a good fit.
