EDIT: House is sold congrats to Dark Vorodor on a great sale.

If anyone is interested in buying a Q2 House, I am selling mine because I am getting a higher quality one soon. The price is negotiable so PM me if you are interested and I will see what I can do for you. Also just to make it clear I only have 1 house to sell, so once its gone....it's gone.
