Welcome to the 2nd edition of Q&A with Ergo Deus this is just some background history on Ergo Deus.
Ergo joined the game on May 9th 2012 as a uk citizen based in London he is a loyal member of the Royal Army Dental Corps and is a independent congressmen.
Ergo started his political career in the Ministry of Defence, serving as the Deputy MoD in charge of Orders. He was also heavily involved in organising and supplying military strikes for the UK. The following term, he worked in the Ministry of Finance, tracking and analysing the daily income of the UK and her allies in the former power bloc, ONE.
In the months that followed, Ergo joined the Royal Dragoons military unit. He was quickly promoted to Cornet in charge of Strikes due to his experience and came up with games to be played after the strike which were extremely popular. His commitment to the unit was rewarded when he was made 2nd in Command. Unfortunately, shortly after the promotion and following the unit commander Sigfred moving house, the unit fell into disarray and was more or less disbanded.
Ergo decided, upon encouragement from an existing member, WayneKerr, of the Royal Army Dental Corps unit, to join them. He did so and as a result decided to join the UKPP too. He quickly became affiliated with its members and found himself welcomed with open arms. He helped to ensure the victory of Dannyboy0014 at the PP elections of September 2012 and decided to run in the Congress elections which followed. Following a very successful election for the UKPP, Ergo gained his first congress seat.
In October of 2012, Talon Karrde was elected President of the UK and chose Ergo as his Vice President. While gladly accepting the role, the exposure along with further splintering factors within the UKPP, Ergo decided to leave the party and remain as an independent politician for the time being.

Hmmm...I suppose i should ask Ergo why the sudden shift in his policy to bringing together all the parties for peace talks when a week before he was in the sensitive areas of the forums (away from prying eyes) calling for an aggressive ATO of another party while doing it in a way that wouldn't draw undue attention.
I would just like to know why he thought another party needed ATO'ing despite it not breaking any ''ingame rules'' as the rules they apparently broke did not go against the game rules set by the admins of eRepublik but activity that is outside of the game (forums etc etc)and despite other parties had done exactly the same thing even the previous month - which was accepting citizenship requests without Keers approval,
...oh and what would he recommend for removing wine stains from a white football shirt

What splintering factors?Also he was elected by members of the UKPP,which after being elected he promptly left and is now a TUP member.He can no longer represent the members of the UKPP who's votes
elected him .So is he going to resign from congress?

I have one question for Ergo, : do your really think we didn't realize your game ?
Btw Mr Author, Ergo choose Dental Corps of his own free will, I simply told him the truth about UKPP and he from what he heard, he liked, so joined UKPP. He was never particularly welcomed by some certain long term members of UKPP (even though he was an active player) and rather then causing in-fighting decided to leave.
If you gonna name drop me in an article at least check the facts are right first please. I'm only a PM away...

Ergo Deus is banned former TUP Congressman Mahlak Dependus, He has admitted this.
My questions is why he left TUP for UKPP, while liking TUP enough to support their CP candidates and forum and disliking UKPP enough to leave the party this week.
When he returned to the game he must have seen that the same people are still in TUP, unless he is a sociopath and didn't make friends the first time around?
He did always strike me as Pro-TUP which seemed a tad odd for a member of a rival party.
I suppose you could ask if he feels he let down the people of UKPP who maybe only voted for Talon so he could be vice president. I doubt they only voted Talon for that but it might have lead a few to base their decision on that.

It was made clear Hugh, that Ergo would be vCP regardless of UKPP support or not. From my understanding the deal between himself and Talon was done weeks in advance. UKPP since the last fiasco (when jimbojoy sent out misinformation) have never supported TUP, after the poor choice of runners from UKPP and the subsequent in game poll it was declared a free vote. So anybody voting for Talon did so off their own back Rather then under the promise of a potential UKPP vCP.
What do you think will be this years Game of the Year? ( Any platform)
