Purpose of NEEP Fulfilled

Important Notice About the National Emergency Evacuation Program

I created the National Emergency Evacuation Program (NEEP) on 10 July to provide our citizens with free moving tickets to get to New Jersey and Florida. We were not yet at war then, but it was apparent that we soon would be as the opening moves were already in place. Over the last month, I have donated over 2000 moving tickets to our citizens to get them to better hospitals and out of conquered regions. Over 10% of our nation's population was moved through NEEP, a major undertaking.

I received overwhelming support from the government and you, the American citizens, when needed. When I called for donations to continue the program, you all sent me over 200 gold worth of contributions. I want to thank everyone who contributed to the program, without your help, NEEP wouldn't have been as successful as it was.

Since the beginning of August, requests for moving tickets have rapidly declined to the point where I am donating fewer than ten tickets a day. A new moving ticket program has now been organized by the new administration, run by Chris Willson. Citizens in need of moving tickets can contact him through the Flying Unicorn.

Therefore, I am declaring the purpose of NEEP to be fulfilled. It served its purpose at a time when absolutely necessary, but has ceased to be needed as a charitable organization as it duplicates a government program. From hereon out, please contact Chris Willson for moving ticket assistance. The National Emergency Evacuation Program is hereby terminated. Thank you.
