Public Notice - Possible PTO and Immigration Policy Change

This is a general notice to all citizens of eSouth Africa and players wishing to obtain citizenship. As of today the Ministry of Security has notified congress that Immigration is now closed. If you wish to obtain citizenship in eSouth Africa, you will not find a congressman to grant it for you.

Motivation for this
The Presidency and Ministry of Security have received troubling Intelligence of a possible PTO plan. The PTO is multinational in nature as the group has outlined in their plan that the participating members should take citizenship in a third party country before requesting citizenship in eSA. This will effectively launder the player and make it impossible for the Department of Immigration and Intelligence to ascertain the risk level of a applicant.
If a small amount of these players were to get citizenship, and elect an additional small amount to congress it could be the start of a new PTO.
I am sure that you will all agree that we as a nation need to pull out all the stops in order to subvert their plans.

E😜ats abroad
All past true eSouth Africans that are living abroad and hold foreign citizenship are requested to return home as soon as possible. On arrival, contact Mark Morcom via a forum PM and the MoS will organise special clearance for your citizenship application. We need your vote to help us ensure that the country is protected

Time-frame for the shutdown
The MoS will formulate a new immigration policy that is defensive in nature. Until such a time that the policy can be finalised, the Immigration lock-down will stay in place.

Congress Elections
As things stand now, we seem to not be at threat for the upcoming congress elections. The MoS will be monitoring the situation
