I have devised a PTO attempt on half of Penix.

It needs:

5 English speakers
5 French speakers
5 German speakers
5 Spanish speakers
5 Dutch speakers
5 Russian speakers
10 Portuguese speakers

To sign up for this, you:

Must be able to be separated from Canada until the attempt is over
Must pass the citizenship test
Must have min 2 gold
Must have Long-range moving ticket (or many short)
Must have a newspaper
Must be able to win PP and CP
Must have time to write Platforms for PP AND CP
MUST WIN VOTES!

What's in it for you:

1. 1/5 chance of becoming CP
2. If you become CP, you get the medal+treasure map, and so, make a profit
3. Get to get to serve your country
4. Get to serve EDEN
5. GET TO BRING DOWN PHEONIX!

I wont say more here, to many unwanted eyes, but if you think you fit the criteria, PM me and I'll fill in the blanks, and the finer details.
