PTO Nightmare: Volunteers Needed

We have been getting reports of people's citizenships getting changed by a glitch.

We are also gearing up for a ton of ATO activity this month.

North Korea has open citizenship and we can send everyone available there.

We are also getting requests for new volunteer help from Norway, BiH, Czech Republic, and others.

We may also need a few people to help with our own election.

I am asking everyone to please sign up to help. I have been building up a supply of moving tickets that will cost no wellness to use, so you don't have to worry about that aspect.

We just need to be able to count on as many people as we can and to know if they just want to help by voting or if they might be interested in helping by blocking (please check with branch command if allowed)
