Proudly eSouth African Q7 Tanks (11 ZAR!!!)
Henock Haukongo
I wrote an article here asking for the government to buy Q7 tanks from citizens and sell them at cheaper prices. The goal is 10 Zar prices for tanks with eSA producers still remaining profitable
But the government is run by [8==
🙂folks. Space [8==
🙂. They refuse to give us our tax dollars, errr Rand, back. A new administration is being shoved down our throats as i type this, but it will still be run by the same group of people. Small chance they'll support not hording goverment funds, we need it for a "rainy day" and all. I know we live in the desert but shut up OK.
But im not giving up. I have received a generous offer to sell you some weapons at affordable prices.
Q7 Tanks @ 11 ZAR!!!
But this is still not ideal.
1. Our goal is 10 ZAR tanks.
2. These prices are killing eSA producers without subsidies.
So while theres progress you need to:
1. Send a very rude message to Grimstone and Tenshibo
2. Go on the market and get yourself some cool Q7 tanks at 11 ZARs only, liberate KZN!
3. Message the congressmen you voted for to support this initiative so that government gives us a fair break to fight
4. Fight!! Again.
We were lied to again, about choosing a golden candidate to run alone because "ptoers", duh, but theres still congress.
Tell them to support local!
Comments
how can you sell that cheap? is your workers multies or what?
Generous donation 🙂
I like the idea as long as you've bought them locally. Is there a list that producers can join and a spreadsheet that can be available to congress for review?
Currently no. But they are there, the market is full on them.
supported and bought.
tnx Henock!
Why should people have to pay for weapons when they have the opportunity to be supplied buy their MU or eSAAF if they part of a commune? Ask eSAAF soldiers that get supplies, some of them get up to 25 tanks per day. I think peoples money is better saved so they can utilise it to upgrade.
You say government shut it down, did you even bring this to congress for discussion? NO, so stop BS'ing people into spending their money on your Tanks, where did you get them? Disclose your supplier.
Where will the money be going that you get from selling them?
eSAAF has super supplies, no doubt, but even that is just not enough. To save one's money for training ground upgrades is very good advice, but not very fun, if one chooses to rather buy weps for fighting then so be it, far be it for us to tell anyone how to play the game
I agree Henock could have done the "presentation" less aggressive. I would love to see this as a government project. Most likely something similar would be done anyway, but for transparency, it makes sense to have the gov be involved, As I have mentioned on the forum, if our economy has the legs for it , it must be considered.
im sure many would. Im sure government and future govs are willing to give back. if done properly it could work. needs a few people to make it happen. last project henock started fell away due to know one running it. no disclosure of money spent, where when how. so where did the money go henock?
In my personal capacity, ill support it if someone else reliable runs it.
Donors have been offered anonymity. How am i conning people by giving them good prices?
The Employers Initiative still has private funding even though Congress only funded it once.
If there are questions of whether or not Henock should run it, it might be fair. I've personally got little to no skin in the game (I only own q3 factories and I rarely fight). If you guys want someone else to run it, I will volunteer to run it, I ran the STR-Program and had pretty decent records. If you overlook the thought of me being a douchebag, it could be quite beneficial, if congress decides to proceed and go through with the program (which I think it should).
If I'm being "forced down your throat" why didn't you run against me? It wasn't like the forum vote was some agreement between competitors; it's not like the Lazos were running a candidate; it's not even like this was some agreement between PPs.
Marmaduke (maybe as an order from the CP?) started it, and you agreed to it apparently (or if you didn't, you still didn't run anyways.) Marmaduke even stated the vote wasn't binding, and people still could have ran.
So, I'm being forced down your throat because you opened your mouth, pulled down my pants, wipped it out, and started going to town.
Tell ya what, here's 0.01ZAR being sent to you for the "good job."

Use it on cab fair yo.
It's true the vote was non-binding. I'm glad that everyone supported the results anyways. It shows that some level of dignity still remains here in eSA.
Indeed; I'm not against that people support it, but to support it in one hand and be butt hurt about it in the other are two very different things.
I've only won 3 of the 8 CP elections I've been in. I've been cheated out of them, I've had them stolen from me by admins, I've had my cabinet collude with my opponent, and more often than not, I've simply lost. Not once was I butt hurt.
First of all, i would have gladly gone to town on you for free since i have my own cab fair. But thanks.
And second, i would have been labeled all kinds of names had i run against you. I told you the PTO threat is imaginary and we should at least run a minimum of 2 candidates to not compromise our democracy because of toothless Lazos but everyone just told me to shut up.
Maybe now you wont support the idiotic idea of one candidate.
Didn't tell me shit yo. No PMs, nothing. So take it up with your constituents instead.
Only 29 people decided on the "golden candidate". 15 (i think) voted you into office.
Those arent my "peeps", "yo".
Btw, the point of your initiative is to support local producers, but you stated in your own words you're getting these tanks via donations, which could come from anyone whether they're from eSA, Serbia, Turkey, what have you.
What this also means is that your 11ZAR price is 1ZAR more than intended by your plan. Why not sell it for 10ZAR as in your stated in your proposal? Why not 9ZAR? Why not 8ZAR? Why not free since you're spending 0ZAR on each tank?
You're simply using this for personal gain, both economic and political.
Thjat's Henock for ya. He only writes laws that result in his own personal gain. Always has.
No, my goal is cheaper tanks for citizens.
But this cant be done at the expense of Q7 producers.
I dont even support what im doing as the tanks im selling at 11 ZAR are produced at lower cost than ordinary eSA tanks and thats why im asking the government, your government to subsidize vetted eSA citizens so that tanks are cheap and they are still breaking even.
Furthermore, you yourself are a congressman, so why not bring this to proposal to congress? If all you need is funding, go to congress and ask. But no, that doesn't net your profit, either in money or political favor.
I will be doing this soon.
So now see this proof of concept. You are creating a marketplace that rewards what? Dependence on the government. Very socialist.
So now see, someone like me can easily buy up every Q7 faster than you can sell them at 10-11 ZAR and resell them at a higher price. I'm still selling to South Africans, though.
But what about when the Lazokrats start selling this weapons off in other countries. Our tax dollars will be going to fund Lazokracy, we'll be arming foreign countries.
That's why the ESAAF / MU option is much more effective and safe.
I used to be terribly opposed to eSAAF, I used to think that supplies was an entitlement. I still think in some cases it should be, but I tend to agree that the micrmanaging of MU's and the forcing of free goods should be incentive.
I still think there should be more, maybe, eSAAF can't keep up with the nonstop fighters, true, but I think that they should try in times of need, and let's be honest: If I'm fighting past my weapons stock and I send Grimstone a PM a couple times a week requesting more, he will ABSOLUTELY donate them to me if I'm fighting.
Im very confused by what you are saying. I dont think you read the proposal at all. Or maybe i just dont understand you. But to repeat some guidelines:
1. Sales are limited to 300 per producer per week.
2. Producers cant buy government tanks within 30 days of making a sale (government tanks wont be sold on the eRep Market Place)
3. Both sellers and buyers of tanks in the initiative are vetted by MoS, buyers just a quick check but sellers a throughout background check. Unless MoS is incompetent, Lazos cant benefit from the Initiative.
who needs your funding 😛
if you guys need we can fund eSA 😛
Reading is sooooo overrated. I just skimmed.
