Just a progress report

I am currently pursuing some simple NAPs from Ireland, France and Spain.

The only countries that can attack us.

I would like to know what your opinions are on the matter, if you would like to discuss it further, I will create a poll thread in the CDN forums.

Erm....did we cast a final vote somewhere that I wasnt aware of? Last I knew we were all waiting for the final version to be posted as poll, and electives from each country to vote aye or nay. To my knowledge that hasnt happened, and Faltnor ignored the MPP that was originally sent so it was withdrawn.
