[SLUŽBENE PRIJAVE SU POČELE I KANAL #meeting.os JE OTVOREN!!!]

Izlet je slobodnog karaktera, i u hodu ćemo se dogovarati za sitnice. Ukoliko želite, tu je obilazak grada, tko će radije u kafanu, može i tamo...PRILAGOĐAVAT ĆEMO SE UKUSU I ŽELJAMA!!!

Nakon dosta rasprava o ovome na prošlim mitinzima u Osijeku želja je nas Osječana da napravimo veći miting u Osijeku. O tome možete više pročitati u ovom članku.

Nakon provedene ankete oko datuma održavanja mitinga u Osijeku, odlučili smo da taj datum bude 15. i 16.09.2012. godine.
Pitate se zašto baš 15. i 16.09. - tempirali smo datum zato što Srbi imaju mitinge u zadnje tri subote, svaki vikend na drugom mjestu. Zato smo odlučili da to bude prvi sljedeći datum, da i Srbi mogu doći kod nas. 🙂

Prvo će se dvoje od TRI MUŠKETIRA predstavit 🙂
Prvi mušketir je Dino Bosanac student građevine u Osijeku. eRepublik igra skoro 4 godine
Drugi mušketir je Davor Jožić student prava i ekonomije. eRepublik igra preko 3 godine.

Javno se predstavljamo da znate da nismo neki imaginarni likovi koji će Vas obmanuti ili prevariti, već želimo da se svi zajedno upoznamo, družimo, proveselimo, upoznamo nove ljude, novi grad, sklopimo nova prijateljstva i provedemo nezaboravne zajedničke trenutke...

Plan i program:

1. dan / SUBOTA 15.09.2012.
Dolazak u Osijek, od jutarnjih sati pa do nekih 16 sati, ovisno kako se putuje.
Doček će biti na kolodvoru i svi ćemo zajedno do pansiona gdje ćete biti smješteni. Nakon toga odmor, no ako netko želi ići u razgledavanje grada, slobodno.
Dijelom grada ćemo prošetati, a do drugih znamenitosti morat ćemo tramvajem ili taxijem tko kako želi. Primjerice, obići ćemo sljedeće znamenitosti:
- Dvorac obitelji Pejačević,
- TRG ANTE STARČEVIĆA (glavni trg u Osijeku),
- osječka konkatedrala sv. Petra i Pavla (rimokatolička crkva),
- Hrvatsko Narodno Kazalište u Osijeku,
- Gradska i sveučilišna knjižnica u Osijeku,
- ulica Europske avenije i Glavna pošta (secesijska arhitektura, ‘mali Beč’)),
- TVRĐA (povijesna jezgra Osijeka),
- Trg sv. Trojstva (spomenik Presvetog Trojstva - spomenik protiv kuge).
Ako bude nizak vodostaj rijeke Drave, postoji mogućnost da ćemo vidjeti i ostatke 8 km dugog drvenog SULEJMANOVOG MOSTA koji je bio izgrađen 1566., a 1686. godine austrijska ga je vojska potpuno razrušila.
- BOLNICA - ne daj Bože nikome da netko završi u bolnici na ispumpavanju želuca smile pa eto imat ćete priliku vidjet bolnicu izvana.
- Srpska pravoslavna crkva, bivša Kožara, tvornica Saponia i drugo - ovisno o vremenu, ili u nedjelju.

SUBOTA NAVEČER
- večera, predviđena između 19 i 20 sati u restoranu Kompa. Nakon večere, druženje u restoranu.
Nakon druženja: šetnja i izlazak
- Šetnja: netko će malo prošetati gradom - tko nema namjeru ići se napijati, a oni koji hoće slijedi - Izlazak - organiziran izlazak u Tvrđu, popularno mjesto za izlazak osječkih srednjoškolaca i studenata. Tamo se nalaze mnogobrojni klubovi, gdje se sluša sve i svašta od domaćih, stranih do narodnih izvođača (čitaj: cajki). Uglavnom su DJ-evi u klubovima, bude i žive glazbe, pića po povoljnim cijenama, hostese...

2. dan / NEDJELJA 16.09.2012.
Doručak - kada se probudite; ako se probudite malo kasnije, onda ćete ručati 🙂
Iza 10 sati nalazimo se kod Katakombi i tamo nastavljamo druženje i roštiljanje, nešto iza 12 sati bi trebali ručati, u međuvremenu i nakon toga malo igre smile
Ako netko želi, možemo nastaviti sa razgledavanjem grada od subote, uključujući i zološki vrt u Osijeku - dobili smo sad i žirafe prije koji dan 🙂

Znamo da je ovo zgusnuto - sve u dva dana, no ako netko ima želju doći u petak ili ranije, slobodno javite u igri porukom ili na fejsu pošaljite poruku i dogovorit ćemo se.

IZNOS AKONTACIJE (po osobi):
- noćenje u pansionu: prosječno 85 kn
- polog za restoran: 20 kn po osobi (1000 kn ukupno, računica za 50-tak ljudi)
- organiziran nedjeljni provo😛 piće - 36 kn, hrana - 40-tak kn

Sveukupno - oko 181 kn. Iznos akontacije je okviran, može doći do nekog povišenja, obzirom na ludovanje cijena goriva, itd.
Na ovaj iznos treba dodati razliku do pune cijene naručenog jela (npr. čobanac je oko 60 kn, u akontaciji već imate 20 - priložit ćete razliku od 40 kn pri plaćanju večere u restoranu, zajednički račun). Piće si svatko plaća sam (odvojeni račun). Isto tako, nije uračunat trošak gradskog prijevoza ili taksija*.

Prijave počinju od 05.09.2012., i molim vas da ispunite prijavnicu što prije, kako bi sve bilo na vrijeme, stoga požurite sa prijavama! Za prijavu ćete na kanalu #meeting.os imati i link prijavnice u topicu, a prijavljeni će u IGM dobiti broj računa u banci za uplatu iznosa akontacije i kontakt brojeve organizatora.

PREPARATIONS FOR MEETING IN OSIJEK!!!

Everything on this meeting is optional, and we'll fine tune everything and arrange the small details as we go. Whether you want to do some sightseeing or do you prefer a folk music caffe, and stay there the whole time, it's fine with us.!

For some time already, we have been thinking and talking about having a bigger meeting in Osijek, and, a few weeks ago, we decided to make it happen. Read about it in this article.

Since our friends from Serbia are having meetings for the last three weekends (26th Aug, 2nd and 9th Sep), which were the 1st and 2nd most voted options in our survey as well, we have decided to take the 2nd/3rd most voted option and make ours on 15-16th Sep, so they could come, too.

First, let's present the two of THE THREE MUSKETEERS smile
The First Musketeer is Dino Bosanac student of Civil Engineering in Osijek. He is playing eRepublik game for almost 4 years.
The Second Musketeer is Davor Jozic student of Law and Economics in Osijek. He is playing eRepublik game for more than 3 years.

We are introducing our RL profiles here, so you could see we are RL people, and not some virtual profiles that would scam you. We want all of us to have a good time, meet each other, meet some new friends, new city, and make this time memorable.

Programme of the meeting:

Day 1: Saturday, 15th Sep 2012
Morning - early afternoon, before 3-4 pm:
Arrival in Osijek, from morning up to about 4pm, depending on your travelling options.
We will meet on the railway station, and then we will pick you up and take you to the place where you'll be staying (hostel). After arrival at the hostel, you are welcome to unpack, shower, have a snack and take a rest until the dinner in the restaurant, or do whatever you wish, e.g. to take a city tour with us.

Early afternoon, 3-4 pm:
Some attractions are easily reached on foot, and for some we'll have to take a city transportation (tram, bus, bike, taxi), or your own. For example, we will visit:
- The Pejačević Castle,
- The Square of Ante Starcevic (main square in Osijek),
- The Concathedral of St. Peter and Paul in Osijek(Roman Catholic Church),
- The Croatian National Theatre in Osijek,
- The City and University Library in Osijek,
- The European Avenue and the Central Post Office (art nouveau architecture, 'little Vienna')),
- The Citadel (the historical core of Osijek)
- The St. Trinity Square with the monument of St. Trinity, in remembrance of the plague.

- The remains of the bridge of the Suleyman the Great - if the river Drava is at the low water level, there is a chance we might see the remains of the 8 km long wooden bridge, built in the 1566 by Turkish emperor Suleyman the Great. It was destroyed completely in 1686 by Austrian army.
- The City Hospital - we want to see the outside of the hospital; hopefully, no one will need to go there for pumping out the contents of his stomach, or other emergency, and see the inside tongue
- Serbian Orthodox Church, factories like ex-Tannery, Saponia, etc. - depending on the weather and remaining time in our schedule, or in Sunday.

SATURDAY EVENING
- Dinner, scheduled between 7 and 8 pm, at the restaurant “Kompa” (eng. Dude grin ). After dinner, hanging out at the restaurant, then taking a walk or going out.

- Walk - some will take a walk by the river or around the city, e.g. those who do not intend to get drunk. Those who want to get drunk, will be
- Going Out - the historical core Tvrdja, a popular place of outting for high school and college students in Osijek. There are numerous clubs there, with all kinds of music, from local to international to folk (rea😛 cajke). Most clubs have DJ-s, live music, drinks at reasonable prices, hostesses...

Day 2: Sunday, 16th Sep 2012
Breakfast - when you wake up; if you wake up a little later, then you will have lunch smile
Meeting - after 10am, we'll meet near the Catacombs, where we continue hanging around and barbecuing.
Lunch - around 12am.
Before and after the lunch (around 12 am), cleaning the area up, and playing around - soccer, ball games, UNO, volleyball... smile
If someone wants to, we can continue with the a tour of the city started on Saturday, including the Osijek ZOO - giraffes arrived a few days ago, only for you smile

We know this is a very tight schedule - all this in just two days; if someone has the desire to come on Friday or earlier, please contact us with the in game message or send us a message on Facebook and we will make some arrangement.

Amount of the advance payment (per person):
- Night at the guest house: 85 HRK, on the average
- A deposit for the restaurant: 20 HRK per person
- Organized Sunday hangout: drinks – 36 HRK, food - cca 40 HRK.

In total - about 181 HRK (about 25 €). This is an approximate amount; there may be an increase, given the raging increases in the prices of fuel, etc.

As for your total costs for these two meetings, to this amount of 181 HRK (25 EUR), you should add the difference of the price of the dishes you order at the restaurant of the meeting. The dishes will be billed on one bill. E.g. Cobanac/Slavonian stew is cca 60 HRK. Since you've already chipped in with 20 HRK in the advance payment, 40 HRK remains to be chipped in at the restaurant, for the joint bill.

Drinks are on your own to order and pay (billed separately). Also, costs of public transportation are not included.

The application form is now open, starting with the 05.09.2012. In order to set everything up in time, please hurry to sign-up and fill this form! In the topic on the channel #meeting.os you will have a link to this application form. After you applied, we will send you an IGM with the amount of the advance payment needed and contact info of the organizers.
