Geehrte Mitbürger (und Mitbürgerinnen, falls wir sowas haben 😉)!

Bereits vor einigen Tagen habe ich angekündigt, für das Amt des Bundespräsidenten von unserem schönen Land, Österreich, zu kandidieren.
Mit diesem Artikel möchte ich meine Vorstellungen, Pläne, und sogar bereits Teile meines Kabinetts erläutern.

Zuerst möchte ich aber kurz auf meinen Gegenkandidaten, Whispie von der Tea Party, eingehen.
Er in allen Ehren, ich habe bis vor kurzem von ihm noch nichts gehört, er war an noch keiner Regierung beteiligt und ist recht neu im Spiel. Um Österreich Stabilität zu ermöglichen, finde ich es wichtig, einen halbwegs erfahrenen und vor allem eindeutig loyalen Reallife Österreicher als Präsidenten zu haben, was ich alles erfülle.

So, ich warne euch, es kommt eine Lawine an Text auf euch zu, aber ich denke es wäre gut wenn ihr euch die Zeit nehmt und den Artikel sorgfältig durchlest. Ich bin jederzeit offen für eure Vorschläge.



Generelles
Mein Plan für diese Amtszeit ist es, mein Kabinett aus einer ausgewogenen Mischung aus internationalen Experten, erfahrenen Österreichischen Politikern, sowie auch inländischen Newcomern zu erstellen. Ziel dabei ist es, von der Erfahrung der internationalen Experten zu profitieren, und deren Wissen an unsere Politiker weiterzugeben, damit diese für kommende Amtszeiten bestens gewappnet sind. Ich möchte keine typische, starre Einteilung in Minister und (Minister-)Sekretär verwenden, sondern die Ministerien als Komplex mit mehreren Aufgabenbereichen & Angestellten implementieren.



Bundesministerium für internationale Angelegenheiten (BM.IA)

Für dieses wichtige Ministerium haben bereits meine zwei Wunschkandidaten zugesagt.
Das Ministerium wird geleitet werden von higter, derzeitiges Phoenix-Mitglied, ehemaliger eDeutscher Präsident, vize President und Außenminister und assistieren wird ihm Wonne, der auch schon einige Erfahrung in eDeutschland gesammelt hat.

Wichtig ist es mir, die internationalen Kontakte unseres Landes zu verbessern.
Dafür wird es das Department for Alliances geben, deren Leiter jeweils als Botschafter zu den beiden Allianzen fungieren werden. Auf EDEN Seite (ja, ich halte auch diplomatischen Kontakt mit dem „Feind“ für wichtig) wird diese Aufgabe von djani ujkan marich, einem RL Österreicher mit exzellenten EDEN Kontakten übernehmen, für Phoenix suche ich noch jemanden.
Betreffend Phoenix möchte ich endlich eine Lösung finden. Die derzeitige Situation ist für mich nicht befriedigend. Zwar wird von uns Kooperation verlangt, allerdings haben wir nie die Sicherheit, Hilfe zu bekommen. Ich werde zusammen mit higter mit Phoenix in Kontakt treten und hier hoffentlich zu einer Lösung kommen.

Auch möchte ich das Botschafterprogramm wieder ins Leben rufen, allerdings nur für Länder die für uns von Relevanz sind. Das Department hierfür wird Department for Embassies heißen, und wird von Yhamilitz geleitet werden.



Bundesministerium für Landesverteidigung (BM.LV)

Hier habe ich leider noch keine feste Zusage, aber ich versichere euch, dass ich da dran bin 😉
Unser Militär ist schlicht nicht existent.
Es existieren Listen von vor was-weiß-ich wie vielen Monaten, aber diese Daten sind, vor allem mit dem neuen Stärkesystem, komplett irrelevant. Deshalb wird die Hauptaufgabe für die Amtszeit sein den Grundstein für eine funktionierende Armee legen. Dazu wird natürlich eine Anmeldungs-Kampagne von Nöten sein, um erstmal zu sehen wie es um unsere Kampfkraft steht und aus den Daten dann eine gute Regimentseinteilung zu erstellen. Außerdem möchte ich die Mobile Forces reaktivieren, um internationalen Verbündeten beizustehen.

Um eine bestmögliche Versorgung & Mobilität zu ermöglichen, plane ich, Firmen zu gründen, in denen Soldaten dann arbeiten müssen, um die von ihnen produzierten Waren (Waffen & Nahrung) zu erhalten, sodass sich dieser Apparat selbst finanziert.
Hier wird es das Amt für Heimatschutz, die Standarmee, die „Mobile Forces Austria“ sowie das Amt für Versorgung, welches die Produktion und Distribution der Armeewaren übernimmt



Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Arbeit

Dieses Ministerium wird aus zwei Teilen bestehen;
Das Amt für Wirtschaft wird von Ban_Danna als Finanzminister (MoF), dem mehrfachem eDeutschen Finanzminister logistisch geleitet werden. Hier suche ich noch ganz dringend jemanden aktiven mit etwas Erfahrung, der die praktische Leitung übernimmt. Wichtig ist, dass diese Person unbedingt täglich zur selben Zeit online sein kann.
Das Amt für Wirtschaft wird den Währungsmarkt regeln und versuchen den Wert des Schillings stabil zu halten, oder wenn möglich zu heben und Buch über Ausgaben & Einnahmen führen]. Außerdem werden die meisten Donations durch dieses Department getätigt werden. Die Firma die dafür verwendet werden wird, ist das Austrian Budget Office (ABO).

Der andere Teil, das Amt für Arbeit wird von dem langzeitigen österreichischen MoF, Borojevic von Bonjar geleitet werden (Noch nicht bestätigt). Dieser Teil wird zur Aufgabe haben Staatsfirmen zu verwalten, und daher auch eng mit dem Department of Supply (MoD) zusammenarbeiten. Der österreichische Newcomer Kosom wird ihm hier zur Seite stehen.



Bundesministerium für Inneres

Das BM.I wird von eldres geleitet werden, wobei er hier hauptsächlich die Aufgabe hat, die Kommunikation zwischen den einzelnen Departments zu optimieren, sowie als Sprachrohr dieser zu mir fungieren.

Department of Migration: Diese Abteilung, deren Leitung ich eldres und OEBernd zuteilen werde, wird die Aufgabe haben, gezielte Migration für unser Land zu bewirken. Auf gut Deutsch, seine Aufgabe wird ein geregelter „Babyboom“ sein, aber auch die Abwicklung von Staatsbürgerschaftsanträgen. Ich peile an, im Laufe meiner Amtszeit etwa 150 neue Spieler nach eÖsterreich zu bringen.

Department of Information: Vreath, Leiter dieses Departments, wird die Aufgabe haben, das Volk über die Vorgänge in der Regierung am Laufenden zu halten. Er spricht 5 Sprachen und ist daher ideal geeignet. Transparenz wird bei mir Groß geschrieben werden.

Department of Community & Culture: Dieses Department, geleitet von Thomas765 (noch unbestätigt) wird zur Aufgabe haben das Forum und den IRC zu betreuen, sowie Umfragen zu erstellen, und auch Projekte wie zB den österreichischen Pressepreis leiten.

Das Department of Health & Education, geleitet durch OEBernd (noch unbestätigt) wird sich um die hoffentlich zahlreich Eintreffenden Neubürger kümmern, ihnen durch Tutorials die Grundlagen des Spiels näherbringen, sowie sich auch um ihre Gesundheit kümmern, sollten die Neulinge zB. zu früh anfangen, zu kämpfen.

Department of Politics: Der Name mag komisch klingen, daher die Erklärung was damit gemeint ist: Dieses Department wird die Aufgabe haben, verdächtige Vorgänge (massenhafte Multi-erstellung z😎 zu beobachten und analysieren, um einem PTO oä. Vorzubeugen. Hier wird uns Kalif Batan, der in eDeutschland schon ähnliche Aufgaben hatte mit seiner Erfahrung helfen.

Kongresssprecher: Dieses Amt wird von demjenigen bekleidet werden, der in den Kongresswahlen die meisten Stimmen erhält. Sollte dieser nicht wollen/können, rückt der Nächstmeistewählte nach. Er wird sich darum kümmern, den Kongress zu koordinieren und dessen Meinung zu vertreten.



Das Präsidententeam
Abgesehen von den Ministern werde ich persönliche Berater haben, die mir bei wichtigen Entscheidungen durch Meinungsvielfalt dabei helfen werden, ein umfassendes Bild von der Situation zu bekommen und bestmöglich zu entscheiden.

Dearest fellow citizen,

some days ago I have announced I’d be running for Country President of our beloved Austria.
In this article, I want to present my ideas, plans, and even a part of my cabinet.

Before starting, I want to say a few words about the other candidate, Whispe (Tea Party). No offense, but I hadn’t heard of him before I read his name when I checked whether there was another candidate. He has never been part of any government and is quite new to the game. In order to bring stability to our country I consider it highly important to have an experienced, and, more important an doubtlessly loyal real-life Austrian as president, which is exactly what I am.

Let me warn you, there’s a wall of ext incoming, but I think it’d be good if you took your time and read the article. I am always open to your suggestions, complaints and critics.



General Stuff
My plan for this period is to create a cabinet consisting of the perfect mix of international experts, experienced Austrian politicians and Austrian newcomers. This aims at passing the knowledge of the international experts to our politicians, so that they are well prepared for following jobs in our government. I don’t want to have a strict arrangemen in Minister and Secretary, but rather want to implement ministries with differing Departments and more than just 2 workers.



Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Mo.FA)
For this important ministry I have already found two great ‘leaders’. It will be conducted by higter, the former eGerman president, vize President, and Minister of Foreign Affairs. He will be assisted by Wonne, who too has collected a considerable amount of experience in eGermany.

My priority is to improve our international contacts and friendships.
Therefore, there will be the Department for Alliances, whose 2 leaders will each be a kind of ambassador to one of the 2 big alliances. For EDEN (Yes, I do consider diplomatic relations with our ‘enemy’ as important) this job will be done by djani ujkan marich, who has excellent contacts to EDEN. For Phoenix, I don’t have an ambassador yet.
I finally want to come to a solution concerning Phoenix. Right now we're dependent and more or less forced to cooperate, but not a real member, thus we don’t have the RIGHT of getting help. Together with hig, I want to talk to the PHX-Leadership and work out a solution for this situation so we can finally know what we're up to.

Apart from that, I want to revive the ambassador-programme, yet only for countries that are of relevance for us (f.expl Germany, France, New Zealand,..) This department will be named Department for Embassies and will be led by Yhamilitz.



Ministry of Defence (Mo.D)
Unfortunately, I haven’t received a positive answer by anyone to lead this ministry, but I’m working on it 😉
Frankly, our army is simply not existent.
There are lists from ancient times, but this data is irrelevant now, with the new strength-system. That’s why the main job of this ministry will be creating a working army. For that, an enlistment campaign will be needed, to see how strong our army can be. Then, a good regiment-system will be found and implemented.
Apart from that, I will revive the Mobile Forces Austria, in order to help international allies and improve our relations with them. In order to reach the best possible efficiency,

I’m planning on founding companies in which the soldiers will have to work, so that this system finances itself.
Here, there’s gonna be the “Department of Home Defence”, responsible for the army in Austria, the “Mobile Forces Austria” and the “Department of Supply”, which will be responsible for the production and distribution of army-goods.



Ministry of Economy (Mo.E)
This ministry will consist of two parts;
The Department of Finances, which will be logistically led by Ban_Danna, who has already been MoF several times in eGermany. For this Department I’m still urgently looking for someone who is active and not a total newcomer, who takes over the hands-on leadership. It’s important for this person to be online daily at a certain time.
The Department of Finances will be responsible for the monetary market and try to keep the value of the Schilling stable, and hopefully increase it, and to keep track of expenses and incomes. Also, all the big donations and fundings will be done by this Department. (Org: Austrian Budget Office).

The other part will be the Department of Labor, will probably be led by Borojevic von Bonjar, an experienced rlAustrian citizen. This Department will manage the state-run companies, and thus work closely together with the Department of Supply (Mo.D). The Austrian newcomer Kosom will assist Boro.



Ministry of Interior (Mo.I)

The Mo.I will be led by eldres, who will be mainly responsible for the communications between the departments of the Mo.I and to act as speaker to me.

Department of Migration: This department, which will be led by eldres and OEBernd, will have to job to create a planned migration for our country. In short, they’ll be creating a babyboom, but also dealing with citizenship requests. My goal is to get 150 new inhabitants for eAustria during my term.

Department of Information: Vreath, leader of this department, will have the job of keeping the citizen up to date about what’s going on in the government. He speaks 5 languages and thus is perfect for this job. I want to bring transparence to Austria.

Department of Community & Culture: This Department, led by Thomas765 will deal with the Forums and the IRC, will create polls and will lead projects such as the Austrian press award.

The Department of Health & Education, led by OEBernd (not confirmed) will take care of the hopefully numerous new citizen, teach them the basics of the game by writing tutorials and take care of their health, for example if they chose to fight too early.

Department of Politics: Strange name, I know. This department will observe suspicious activities in Austria (f.expl. mass creation of multis) in order to prevent a PTO from happening. Here we will be helped by Kalif Batan, who used to have similar jobs in Germany.

Speaker of Congress: This will be done by the congress member who got the most votes in the elections. If he (or she) should not want to do the job, the second most elected will do the job. The SoC will coordinate the congress, and represent the congress’ interests.



The Presidential Team:
Apart from the ministers, I’ll have personal advisors who will help me with important decisions by giving me the possibility to get more ways to view the situation by a variety of opinions and thus they’ll be helping me make the best decisions.
