Prices and Availability of Consumer Goods

Dear fellow citizens,
 
A complimentary stock of raw materials was given to each company with the advent of V1, but depending on a company's productivity these are going to be exhausted sooner or later. Then shortages will come and prices will jump.
 
I am writing this article for selfish reasons because I want to upgrade my housing company to Q2, but before I can, I need to sell my stock of Q1 houses. I would like to convince you that now is a good time to buy a house because the housing industry might soon suffer from a shortage of wood. Also, keep in mind that in V1 you can trade items in your inventory. Therefore, a Q1 house is no longer lost upon purchase of a higher-Q house later in the game.
