Join the new world

Friends and Countrymen,

My term as Country President of eIndia draws to its conclusion. It was an eventful and exciting term for me. I would like to summarize all that has been done and all that is yet to be accomplished.



Foreign Affairs

As I write this article, eIndia has 6 of its regions under its control, but most of them will be soon taken up by Croatia. We have a close friendship with our occupiers (namely Croatia) and there is no reason for anyone to see them with suspicion. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the Croatian government for the support they have shown to eIndia in its current endeavors. I would like the successive governments to continue building relations with Croatia and its people. There is lot to gain rather than loose from having mutual trust and admiration on both sides.

Bulgaria has been really supportive and we hope to renew the MPP with Bulgaria as soon as our War with Croatia ends. No Indian government needs to make effort to maintain positive relations with Bulgaria. They are our friends since long and they will be our friends till the foreseeable future.

I would like to take this opportunity and thank the MKD government and in particular their CP Phantom MKD, who has been very supportive to eIndia and also signed an MPP with us which will enable us to fight for MKD whenever they require. I would like the successive government to ensure that MKD gets all the support they require and we can elevate the relations with MKD to a greater extent.

eIndia has already declared its intentions to be part of a strong and effective community of nations. For this, we have identified Aurora Alliance to be the best bet. We have already made a request for joining the Alliance and the process to get us into the Alliance is on the way. I would like the successive government to continue their effort to be part of the Aurora Alliance and also to ensure that all the Aurora Alliance members get support on and off the battlefield from eIndia. Let us build relations with all the Aurora Nations. We are pro-Aurora, whether we get into the Alliance officially or not is a different matter.

During my tenure my government had maintained healthy relations with Bulgaria, Croatia, MKD, Chile, Indonesia, Russia, Ireland and Brazil. I hope the successive government continues building relations with these Nations and try and be useful to them on and off the battlefield. The government should also try and build friendly relations with other Nations such as Germany, Paraguay, Spain, Poland, USA, UK and Turkey. These nations should be looked forward to as potential partners for the future.



Military

We had started a process to merge all the Military Unit into one and that process is almost complete. Now we have one government sponsored MU and that is Indian Armed Forces. The Commander of IAF is Lysander Spooner II and he has taken all possible strategic decision required to focus eIndian damage in important battles. The successive government needs to ensure that the Commander of IAF is kept in the loop of all defense discussions and he is actively available to change battle priorities as and when required. The IAF regiments could be arranged division-wise so that it would be easy to direct damage in more than one battle.



Finance

eIndia has very limited income source. In that regards my government has tried ways to create some income source for itself. We have created WRM factories that produce WRM, which we sell in the market and obtain profit. This helps us in generating daily income for our day to day needs. We also put in place a donation drive, where in whichever Congress members voluntary wants to donate their Congress Medal gold, can do so and add to the income source of the government. In the recently concluded National Shield Tournament, eIndia earned a handsome reward of Gold, which can be put to use in another set of WRM factories or even better, Q7 weapons production factories. The successive government needs to find out the feasibility of this project and see to it that the government has enough funds to sign MPPs with its friendly nations, arrange for weapons and food during time of important battles, offer help to friends and allies in their times of need and also to start a dispatch mechanism for new players to keep them interested in the game.



Media

There is a plan to setup a eUniversity for all new Indians to learn and get experienced in the game concepts. This plan was setup by Vishroid and is still under development. It will also arrange games and contests to promote activities and participation from new players. I would urge the successive government to promote this activity and allow Vishroid the resources to make it a success.

Anurag Sah has come up with an innovative idea of eIndian Hall of Fame. The first inductee in this Hall of Fame might happen soon. This idea should also be promoted and given a boost in whichever way possible.

There has been a lot media activity of late and it is heartening to know that new players are putting their hand out and taking up important responsibility. I would urge all of them to continue the efforts that they put forth.
