Hello Nippon,

Originally I planned to write an article on the 3rd of July, to inform the voters about my policies and such. But it coincided almost exactly with Darshu's announcement that Japan's territory have returned and unity at least according to the game has once again been restored.

A few people who pmed me know that my main priority would have been doing exactly that. Darshu and his administration has done an excellent job and honestly have left me with little to do. However there are still things that need to be done.

As of this moment, Geezus has proposed a 25% VAT on the forums, something I also endorse. Under his leadership we were able to bring in an enormous amount of revenue to the treasury, something unseen in recent times. So I urge all congressmen to go ahead with this increase.

Aside from that, my other goal is to establish stronger bonds with countries abroad. Japan needs allies and clearly we have seen in the past few months the dangers of lacking such. In addition to stronger foreign relations, we also need a better-funded and a greater military force.
