My dear fellow Indian brothers, wars are the centre point of this eWorld and most of these wars have their outcomes changed on basis of few rounds.

MOD will be issuing battle guidelines from time to time. These will be decided considering the seriousness of war and our interests vested in the countries involved. Calvin, is doing a good job and he has liberty to operate.

What I, as your president want to talk is about something which goes beyond our calculation of risk and reward. Cabinet has unanimous agreement in this regard.

We want us to lend our support to Bulgaria whenever possible, irrespective of DO and battle orders. They are always our priority.

Bulgaria has come to our aid when we required them. It's time for us to extend our support in a more constructive way, for they are our true friends and they need help from us at this point. They along with Chile and MKD are few who we could count on.

Hit for them, shout their battle priorities whenever you have a possibility to do. We need to make time for our friends and help them no matter how little we can do.
