PP Incompetence

Day 2,197, 10:54 Published in Canada Spain by TheZeroTheory

Dear Toad22,

Background Music

I'm writing this on behalf of dissatisfied members of CW (or Imperial Wolves). While you're probably a cool dude to hang out with IRL, you're not doing yourself any favors in-game. I've come to question your in-game leadership abilities and compiled a list of grievances (who doesn't like lists?):

1. The process of your election

a. Entering an election late doesn't bother me. Admitting that you asked non-CW members to come vote for you does. It's a good idea to campaign and talk to the people you'll be leading.

2. Congressional elections

a. It appears a little shady that you are allowing yourself to become a Congress member, something opposite to prior PP common practice (separating positions of power).

b. Many members feel unfairly treated about their position. There were plenty of candidates lined up before Zianni or Pat, who where placed far behind them.

c. Considering you did make a single post saying they needed to respond to be on the short list, you hardly changed the short list. Those who probably would like an explanation why they were moved down, even after responding on the party fee😛
i. panzer1990panzer
ii. Punisher1389
iii. Clausru
iv. Micevhel
v. Alexandria The Great
vi. Kokosz Jajko
vii. J_Retief

3. Presidential Elections

a. I hope that you decide to use the parliamentary method proposed in the feed.

b. I hope that you don't leave yourself as the nominee or support a nominee without consultation

4. Your Supporters

a. Nothing inherently wrong with have Zianni and Pat as your supporters. Only having two primary supporters in the party does concern me though. It might be an indication of how much party support you genuinely have.

b. People have left the party and you haven't done anything to prevent them. Your two supporters have encouraged them to leave. That's ass-backwards.

c. It's been said that we (former IPC) killed the party. I'd like to think whoever wrote the words had actually met everyone from there first, before speaking.

5. Name Change

a. You did make a post on the party feed about it. A 4-2 in favor of the change (out of 86, as of this writing) does not a majority make. I did however, vote in favor.

6. Prior Dissatisfaction

a. [Edit] You were PP of OPC. The former IPC cabinet (Punisher, Panzer, Lordjas, Joseph Quimby, and myself) proposed and hoped that OPC, IPC, and United Canada would merge to become top 5 and enjoy a mutually beneficial relationship. The OPC response? Silence. Not even a murmur. You could have said "no" and we would have respected that decision.

b. Leaving OPC in the middle of your PP term, joining MDP for short stint, then becoming PP here baffles me. But that's just me.

• [Edit] New Developments
• You've changed the party name to 'Oinyo is a Traitor' and messaged members that they should leave the party for good. It's abundantly clear you don't value the party or it's members.

In conclusion, I find that your term polarizing and frankly do not think you have established yourself as an effective PP. I would encourage all CW (Imperial Wolves) members to vote for someone else this next PP election.

Note: These opinions are mine.
