Power shift in e-NL
The elections of may 5th have caused an upset in the e-NL
Reigning political party GPN has lost its grip in winning the presidency.
The loss was not unexpected , since we live in a divided kingdom.
Last months elections where already close with augustuss running for CP, but was still won by a narrow margin.
Thanatos (the GPN candidate ) won that one and has tried to calm down the political battles.
Unfortunately he only partly succeeded doing that.
This month elections there where 3 different candidates RikW for VVN ,Aries Prime for GPN and NomadicRacer for Dutch Party Anarchists.
This last party (DPA) has not been arround that long and didn't get to many votes to have a slight chance on the CP position.
That left it to 2of the old parties arround VVN & GPN , most where expecting a close outcome but RikW representing VVN won by a clear margin.
Leaving Aries Prime the GPN candidate trailing behind from the beginning of the vote.

Now are we looking at a new era of VVN presidencies?
All will depend on what will happen comming month.
What changes will be implemented , the rumour goes that working in the state commune will be alot different.
Will the president stay in the U.S based & controlled MU?
Will there be negotiations with the polish occupiers?
Who will be appointed to do these negotiations and will they succeed where others have failed?
Will The Netherlands join an alliance , and so which one?
Who will be appointed in what govermental position?& what will the goverment look like?
This is the difficult task of the new president of The Netherlands.
Lets hope that this president can make The Netherlands florish again and get us back on the map.
Time will only tell, as coming 30 days a crucial to e-NL.
On a personal note i want to thank Thanatos and his team for last month & wish the new president RikW all the best & lots of wisdom in his decisions on these difficult topics.

RikW wasnt candidate for DemNL, but for VVN. DemNL supported him though. Maybe reconsider the rest of your article ;- )
I mean removing the errors. You're free to post your questions to the CP ofc!
BTW this info comes from the election page , just copied it ....thats why i presumed he was running for DemNL

DemNL supports RikW but RikW isnt a DemNL party member. How difficult is that to understand?

When a candidate is supported by another party, he runs for that party as well imo. Or do you want to distance your party from RikW now? Anyway; apples/oranges 😉
Anyways; good luck to RikW, it's time for this oposition to put their money where there mouth is, and show us they can do better. I expect, Odan & ElGorro to start negotiations with the polskies, as they are by far the biggest supporters of that. We're all looking forward to hear more about that real soon!

we all know that on forum you and Odan are the biggest fans of negotiating with the pink, although there's already stated that the pink won't talk, unless you first pay to them. So again; why crawling back, now that the elections are over??

It is time for the oposition parties to feel how hard trying to run a country really is. Let them now stick to their high words. I want to take this oportunity to recommend ElGorro and Odan as negotiators with the pink, as they are the biggest supporters of that.
If our CP wants it, I will. But after months of hostility and insults, it will take time for a more friendly Treaty. Like I stated in Congress about a week ago.
