Join the new world

Further to the results of the rather close and exciting race to become the Members of Parliament for the South East Region of the eUK I’d like to congratulate Valorum, Terribletiger and Kevy on their election to serve the region this month.

All three were outstanding candidates, will be excellent representatives of the players in the region and will provide a positive contribution in parliament for the betterment of the eUK as a whole.

To Jan Svalbard (one of the very many decent chaps in the PCP) I offer my commiserations and thanks for the amusing badinage on IRC.

To the 4 people who voted for me, my especial thanks. I would have done my best to support you if needed however any of the three candidates elected will undoubtedly be available to offer excellent guidance and support.

When I spectacularly failed to become CP in September I accrued a rather healthy 3.52% of the vote. A result I was rather pleased with.

However last night the electorate of the South East favoured me with 21.05% of the vote.

If my extrapolations are correct, from a continuing reduction in the size of constituency I stand in and a correlating increase in the percentage of support I receive it now seems more than reasonable to assume that by February I will be elected dictator for life by a small e-hamlet just to west of virtual Hove.

That’ll show them.
