Post Presidential Term Message

Day 316, 02:02 Published in Turkey Israel by Hufflepuff

People of eTurkey, it is that time again. A time in which the burden and joy of being president of this fair nation must pass on from one to another. It has been a wonderful month, a glorious month but also a month rife with difficulty. Obstacles threw themselves at my path with every opportunity and I, like I had promised in the past, stood tall and fought to surmount these challenges. It would please me more than anything else to be stood here today proclaiming to you that, through this whole term as President, I surmounted these hurdles with great ease. But it is with a heavy heart that in this promulgation I must tell you of the great hardships that I have been made to bear on my own.

I had a vision for this country one that would see every person happy and content. To make embtter an already great nation, to provide living conditions for the people that work so hard in order to keep this country running and to enrich the pockets of every citizen. In order to accomplish my vision I had to lower the taxes for the people and when I brought my proposal to congress they laughed. They laughed because they considered the idea of a fairer nation humoured them. Their only interests were to ensure that their own pockets were heavy in wealth at the folly of the citizens they swore to serve. Of course I do not speak for every congressperson, in fact, I only speak of those who belong the MHC. These tyrants denied a fairer, better lifestyle to their own people and it is through their beaureaucratic incompetence that the people of eTurkey must suffer. Were it not for these thieves in government uniform, every man and woman would be paid a just wage so that they may feed themselves and those they love. Instead they live in the squalor forced onto them by the congress that has failed to serve them.

I had a vision for this country but the brushes upon the canvas of this nation have been broken before our own eyes. I pray that my successor has a vision similar to mine but one that provides its own brushes.
