Summary of the week

I’ll start with a war that will surely be interesting over the next few weeks/months. A few weeks ago the UK swapped into Spain and managed to activate a Finnish MPP thus gaining a free war with Finland. Finland are currently in possession of a lot of Norwegian original regions. For those of you who don’t know how this happened Norway got PTO’d a while back so the UK/Russia took Majority of regions. However; Canada were able to liberate the UK held Norwegian regions whilst Finland took the Russian held ones. Canada no longer hold any regions in Norway and Finland now holds all but 2 Norwegian Regions. Now. This week the UK attacked Vestlandet (Vahalla) in an attempt to gain back the High Oil region it lost to Canada a few weeks ago. They also attacked Sorlandet to try and drain a bit of damage from two clickers. In the end both of these battles were secured by Finland but the UK came very close to Winning the Vestlandet battle.

Another important war this week was the Serbia versus the Resistance force made up of many EDEN nations. Recently Serbia swapped through India to reach Malaysia; which had been previously PTO’d by them. Serbia acquired two of the Malaysian Regions which meant they had got new High Stone and Oil. Now; a few days ago two resistance wars were started during Serbian night time to try and liberate the regions and limit Serbia to only 1 region (Liaoning) in Asia. The result of these battles was that Serbia secured both. There is speculation that Serbia will swap through Indonesia to get to some high Titanium but only time will tell. :3

Final important war this week was the Indo-Australia war. Australia were PTO’d by Indonesia a few months ago; this allowed Indonesia to take control of Western Australia; a high titanium region. In the latest CP election a lot of multis votes were removed from the Australian elections therefore Indonesia lost control of Australia. In retaliation Indonesia has invaded all but 1 region of Australia with its MPP stack. As I stated above it is speculated that Serbia might take some Australian regions.

If I’ve missed any major battles then please tell me.

It was also my birthday a few days ago. \o/

Winner

NOT POLANDBALL! 😛

The Winner this week is Indonesia. They are the most successful of the week as they pushed through Australia with the help of their MPP stack that was activated whilst Australia was PTO’d. At the time of writing this article Indonesia has control of every Australian region apart from one. I assume they will not attack this last region so they keep the war + MPPs open. The regions they gained are very valuable as Australia has a few High Raw Materials; the most notable of those is Titanium; which is something Phoenix countries lack at the moment. Now onto the stats and Indonesia gained 2427 citizens this week moving up 2 places to be 5th. Most of these citizens will be Australians stranded though. The Growth was 29.99%. Congrats on being the winner this week Indonesia!

Loser

The Loser this week for obvious regions is Australia. As I’ve stated above Indonesia were able to invade Australia with their MPP stack and take all but one region. This really damages Australia as it reduces the income and products on the market. I’ve also heard that the PTOers were able to increase Tax aswell which makes it really tough for the new Australian citizens. Now onto the stats and Australia lost 1854 citizens this week moving down 34 places to be 56th. They also had a contraction of 83.44%! Unlucky Australia and good luck in the future.

Graphs

As you can see from this graph the top 20 countries are shown. Using this graph you can clearly identify where the biggest changes are.

Indonesia – Gained Australian Regions
Greece – Mini Baby Boom?!

Mexico – Gained regions back from Venezuela

Australia – Lost regions to Indonesia
North Korea – Lost Chinese Regions
Singapore – Bots Deleted
Bolivia – Unsure; I imagine a few people left it.

Other Notes

- We’ve started to settle now. I’d say that most of the bots and inactive citizens have been deleted. 😃
- The Rest of Singapore’s bots were deleted. 🙂
- Indonesia were the only country to gain over 1000 citizens. Congrats!
- Australia were the only country to lose over 1000 citizens.
- 2 weeks ago we lost 33000 citizens, last week we lost 10000, this week it’s only 1500. Massive improvements! Still a contraction of 0.8%

If you want to see information on Active citizens of the eWorld then I suggest reading dSoKre’s paper. He does some great articles (as evident being the #1 most subscribed paper in the eWorld)
