Politics

Day 2,091, 14:01 Published in Canada Spain by Corben Christensen

The Party President Battle is heating up at the CRF between Party Founder Pat Harper, and the new guy Corben Christensen. We interviewed Pat Harper and he simply stated that he has more experience and wants to put some fun into the politics before he moves to Australia next month. Corben Christensen makes a longer statement, “I know Pat has more experience than me, I know that he is the party founder and I’m just the new guy. If you vote for me I can step onto the stepping stone of Party President and prepare for the next leap to congress. I want to make a difference in Canada’s hospitals. Both of my grandparents died from a superbug in a hospital. I want to make strict rules regulating the quality of the staff and cleaning equipment. This will prevent further superbug outbreaks and unnecessary deaths. Also If someone in Fort St. John needs a CAT scan for a doctor to be able to treat that person but the closest CAT scanner is in the Fraser Valley then he will die because even a medivac will take too long. So I would like to fund hospitals better in these more remote regions of Canada. Both better funding and a better cleaning crew will help Canadians and advance our health system further. I have many more things on my agenda but for this statement I will leave it at healthcare.” It seems that Mr. Christensen may just win with the things he has on his agenda but on the other hand Pat with his experience and the fact that he is the founder of the party may override Party members decision to vote for the new guy.
