- Bangkok and Manaus- The eThai political landscape is entering a new era as the long-dominant TNT party is experiencing a drastic change, with nearly all the familiar faces leaving and power shifting to an ambitious but somewhat naive figure who has no connection to the party past.

The TNT party has been severely affected by the mass migration of its Portuguese-speaking core members and affiliated Nobelis allies to eBrazil. The Partido Nacionalista of the North Region is now filled with various former eThai citizens from the TNT and Nobelis, 12 of whom left their eThai congress term incomplete.

"Even knowing that we caused much more good things than bad things to the country, people would no longer trust us, we had to regain their confidence, but once you lose someones' confidence, it's hard to earn it back again, so our party president decided to leave the country for now, and since TNT is a united party, we decided to leave as well, even those who had nothing to do with the hospital scandal left," explained TNT member Maximus Mortis, who himself is planning to leave the eThai congress as well.

With its core of power gone, questions arise of how the party will or can hold to its prominent position in the country. Antonio Salgado had designated Eiji and John Hancock as respective successors to his leader post, but both of them have left to the eBrazilian region already.

But then, there is the determined Defenestration who is campaigning hard to become a party president despite being oblivious to the TNT structure. He is not even aware of outerspace.com, the mirror, if not the main, site of the TNT core members, while his current policy platform is mostly for the country president position, rather than the party leader one.

However, with no linkage to the past, Defenestration may be exactly what the party needs for a new, fresh start that is free from its tainted past. Antonio seems to sense this as he was the first to voice his support for Defenestration.

"My vision is one where I am elected party president, and then start to put together a group of ambitious party-members that can form a 'cabinet' and get us all working well together," said Defenestration, already dreaming of leading a new clique into power.

Defenestration at least will be able to realize the first part of his ambition, which is to become the leader of post-exodus TNT, as he seems to have an uncontested race in the upcoming party election.
