Political rebirth
Grapez
I came to Erepublik (and subsequently ecanada) with dreams and some high ambitions. I quickly became an entrepreneur opening up my first company, which was a hospital company. A lofty goal for someone to privately fund (I did infact go bankrupt when hospital production hit the halfway mark). I ran for leadership of one of the political parties (the name escapes me at the moment) which I later reformed to be "The Canadian Workers League". Then on January first, 2008 I was elected the second prime minister of Canada. Of course I was humbled and delighted to be presented with such an honor, I set to do everything in my power to make Canada a contender in the world market and foreign affairs, apparently the Canadian public liked what I was doing and re-elected me. For my second term I strove to make Canada as advanced as possible, implementing the banking and health care systems was a step in the right direction for Canada and I am glad to see that the accounts are still in use today.
Alas due to unneeded drama that will remain unspoken. The Canadian public saw that those two terms were my last. Now I come to you, my country men, new friends and old. With my intentions to run for the position of leader of The Norsefire Party of Canada. Adam Sutler and his predecessors have reshaped Canada and brought it to be a thing of greatness. Government transparency has ensured that corruption never will overthrown our great nation and I promise you that I will work to uphold policies such as Canadian Heritage and Government Transparency with the same zealous that presidents of the past have shown.
Thank you for your time.

I was involved in that \"unneeded drama\" btw. Don\'t worry grapez, all is forgotten (seriously i\'ve actually forgotten what it was about). I\'m sure me and James Allen are the only ones who remember it anyway.
Grapez... Welcome Back
It shall never remain unspoken.

Those really don\'t portray the situation in the slightest.
It portrayed the aftermath tbh.
A little harsh but it did explain the aftermath.
I agree the aftermath was portrayed but to properly understand the aftermath one must understand what cause such aftermath.
indeed Grapez, link some convo\'s of the situation then
Alas I lost the transcripts when I sold my paper, and if I recall properly some of the comments were deleted.
Oh, my mistake then, it seems the conversation cannot be recalled up, any idea on the comment situation.
@ Road Block lol you\'re still pwning everyone. Though i thought you had been banned, when did you become unbanned?

Thats what I said anyway, Antonio deleted his comments, but you can summarize what was said by what I said.
It is true here is the full detail

The Article Road Block brought up where I apparently \"Slung mud\" at him.
You accused me of profiteering I am still trying to repair my reputation from the fallacious reporting in that article. Grapez give it up you were butthurt because I asked you to be a responsible politician and you ended up quitting the game... no one will trust you again while you were in charge of the country Canada was shrouded in a veil of darkness and Road Block was the light that sanitized eCanadian politics
Not the situation in the slightest but I digress I do not wish to continue this conversation with you.
Nothing changes... you wouldn\'t openly debate any decisions you made in office .. I would call you a dictator but dictators tend to actually do something while in office

don\'t click it it\'s just a rickroll
I don\'t rickroll.
Grapez you can\'t pull a fast one on me you think you are trolling me.. go get your \"lulz\" in some other country we don\'t want you in Canada
Dear god, two players that I thought dead are back from the grave and engaging in mortal ecombat.
Sounds like an eblockbuster hit!
Road Block is a troll for those who don\'t know.
@Althalus
Road Block, a troll? You must be crazy!
Don\'t even give him the satisfaction of replying Uraczak
Why is Grapez ignoring his past? I don\'t trust this guy...
I fully embrace my past hence why I posted the links to the debate that ignited the controversy between Antonio and I.
but still ignoring the libel smear campaign you launched against me when you believed i was profiteering alongside the man who eventually took presidency from you, faltnor
It seemed evident and I admitted that I was wrong a long time ago, theres no need to bring it up again.
where is this evidence?
Seems your deleted the article where I said it. So I\'ll say it again, I was wrong and am glad that the situation could be straightened out.
I haven\'t deleted any articles

Theres the article in question where I admitted I was wrong. I apologize for jumping to conclusions and am glad to you\'re a big enough person to even direct me to the newspaper in question so I could find the comment.
you never owned up in your newspaper. saying you were wrong didn\'t clear my reputation ever since that moment every move i made was under the close scrutiny of Canadian citizens... I lost my freedom because of you
I don\'t believe that was my doing, I think it was your decision to become \"The Anti-troll\" was the reason your moves were under close scrutiny, someone with the important job of ridding Canada of trolls has to be watched closely I\'d assume.
you missed a lot of historical events in Canada, such as America trying to (and successfully) pulling the wool over the eyes of the majority of Canadians trying to fool us in to a false sense of security, but I was not fooled and criticized American talks of diplomacy. While every other Canadian citizen was doing everything to in their power to gloss over my statements and say \"I was just trolling\", they all apologized when America did launch war against us, which ultimately gave me my creditability fully back.
I actually watched Canada very closely when I left and deeply regretted not being able to defend my homeland from the Americans.
