Political rebirth

Day 258, 19:37 Published in Canada Canada by Grapez

I came to Erepublik (and subsequently ecanada) with dreams and some high ambitions. I quickly became an entrepreneur opening up my first company, which was a hospital company. A lofty goal for someone to privately fund (I did infact go bankrupt when hospital production hit the halfway mark). I ran for leadership of one of the political parties (the name escapes me at the moment) which I later reformed to be "The Canadian Workers League". Then on January first, 2008 I was elected the second prime minister of Canada. Of course I was humbled and delighted to be presented with such an honor, I set to do everything in my power to make Canada a contender in the world market and foreign affairs, apparently the Canadian public liked what I was doing and re-elected me. For my second term I strove to make Canada as advanced as possible, implementing the banking and health care systems was a step in the right direction for Canada and I am glad to see that the accounts are still in use today.

Alas due to unneeded drama that will remain unspoken. The Canadian public saw that those two terms were my last. Now I come to you, my country men, new friends and old. With my intentions to run for the position of leader of The Norsefire Party of Canada. Adam Sutler and his predecessors have reshaped Canada and brought it to be a thing of greatness. Government transparency has ensured that corruption never will overthrown our great nation and I promise you that I will work to uphold policies such as Canadian Heritage and Government Transparency with the same zealous that presidents of the past have shown.

Thank you for your time.
