Hey Australia,

It has been 2 days after the liberation of WA, and it has been enough time for all to clear their head on the issue. Australia has WA back! What many thought impossible is now reality, and thus I will say it again:



WE HAVE

WA BACK!

Now I realised, due to the numerous reaction articles (more then videos of reactions to 2 girls, 1 cup) that some of the issues surrounding today are not yet clear. Truthfully, I omitted some details in my previous article (the one before the American one 😛 ) but that was just to add drama to what I will be telling you all today. Heck, I'll give it a title:

The Story of the Liberation of WA

The information from the first section is written by Cottus Arci, Father of Operation Twofold Bay.

Op Twofold began at the beginning of September, just before the PM elections, with me and DA (Derek Apollyon) and included the full plan of 1. joining EDEN, then 2. using that to either pressure Indo to give us WA, or take it by force.

For those who don't know, Cottus Arci and Derek Apollyon fought in the original RW for Australia and have been Prime Minister of Australia for 2 terms and 1 term respectively. Back to the story:

I approached the govt once stew (stewstoyc, AKA scotywest) was impeached and Mel took over. I spoke with Mel Smith and srg91 and it was agreed for the Govt to play the neutrality card, so we could see what the general consensus of the public was on it. Continuous articles and support would hopefully 1. make EDEN aware of our intentions, 2. warm the Aus public up to the idea and 3. pressure Indonesia to pursue neg's over WA. I then told yourself (patti11) about TFB.

So the 1st article happened, and Mel Smith was immediately contacted by Indo, who had a new found enthusiasm for giving us WA (therefore, suggesting wander forward maybe didn't just pursue WA out of the goodness of his own heart). Mel Smith listened, didn't judge, and I felt he made an objective view on it. srg91 did also, but was a little more skeptical.. but still, that very day, he *agreed* to Twofold Bay.

After that, Shafer, ranger, Cerri, XD, XG, Crowded House, Cozza were all informed at various times 1 month + ago. The rest is for patti11 to tell.

On to me now 😃 :

On Day 702, i I finally got to talk to Indonesia about WA. Bong, the elected President of Indonesia had suffered a terrible RL tragedy with the death of his father. Renago, the Indonesian MoFA resumed talks with me. We talked all things WA, and he basically sai😛
1. WA could be sorted with the joining of PEACE.
2. We give Indonesia a Hospital and Defence System as a replacement. (these were the terms with Russia getting Western Siberian Back)
3. 10 gold for every company owner as compensation plus the purchasing of companies (unspecified)
.4. Eternal Friend.

Obviously, these terms were pretty outrageous and nothing an "eternal friend" would do to another. I decided to open talks with shoot (head of EDEN) to find an alternative.

On the same day (702) I contact shoot to find an alternative to a way of getting WA back. He seemed pretty interested, but conceded that WA was not on their priority list, and getting PEACE out of North America was. He said that a RW could happen in 2 months.

And now to 3 days ago:

1 week later, the RW started in Western Australia. I spoke to shoot who said it was a distraction war to the war in Alaska, nothing more. I suggested if the wall was at a low level, if they would help Australia tank for it. He said yes, but it wouldn't promise anything yet.
I woke up to the wall very low in No Man's Land (around 100k) and decided to see what shoot said. He said they will tank for it if I want them to.
It was clear I had a dilemma on my hands now. Wonder Forward had started talking to me aswell on WA but would the talks go sour again with more demands that Australia would take 1 year to pay off? Obviously I decided to ask shoot to help us go for it. Why? Because the rut we had dug ourselves into was getting increasingly harder and harder to get ourselves out. Australia was as boring as anything and we needed something. Indonesia was in the same situation, and wanted to declare war on Malaysia to spark a baby boom. Obviously Indonesia would overrun the whole of Sol fighting back, and the only way any nations of Sol could fight back was through external help. EDEN/Brolliance (USA and Canada) were the form of that help.

Now back to the story ( I know, hard 😛 ):

I told srg91, deputy Minister for Defence to start coordinating. We decided to send our best Dropbears (Alpha Squad), to fight red. We would provide them with Q5 weapons stockpiled from Cottus Arci and 3200 IDR in the NBA (which was converted to gold). We decided to send Bravo-Delta to fight green with Q1 weapons however, as a precautionary measure in case the RW was lost and we could blame the fighting of red on some "rogue" Dropbears. srg91 also tanked on the green side to further add to the deception. For the plan to work I had to do something that I am admittedly ashamed of, lie to Wonder Forward. Wonder is a good leader and had genuine concern for Australia but it was the presidents before him and Indonesia's actions to Malaysia that forced me to play my hand the way I did. I told Wonder we would send Dropbears, to fight green, despite the official government orders to stay out of it.

I had to leave 2 hours before the war ended and I returned 2 hours after to see a liberated WA. I was told that the EDEN forces tanked the wall down at incredible speed, and that shoot was true to his word. The official orders also changed to Fight Green, which srg must have done.

The rest, can be found in my previous article. USA MPP'ed with us straight away as a precautionary measure and I had a quick discussion and vote with the Senate to accept MPPs from Spain and Romania. Canada couldn't hold her excitement and MPP'ed aswell (even donated the gold cost!) and further discussion is on the way to get the rest of EDEN before the 100 gold sets in. What this means for Australia is more wars, friends and we are out of that rut we were firmly deep in.

Immediately however, we were proposed to be kicked out of Sol by then Chairman, Hekter. He has since resigned and previous chair Snayke took over, who has attempted to repel the expulsion. This is still current so this information may not be correct.

For now, I have proposed Australia join the Brolliance, a symbolic bond between Canada and USA and hopefully now us. A vote to join EDEN would require a referendum, which I believe should be held a little later, once Australia gets her head around the whole issue and would probably happen next term.


That is the story guys, I hope you thoroughly enjoyed it. I understand many would be angry at what it seems to be an elite making all the choices for Australia, but quite frankly, the time frame for a decision to be made was so little, and I was elected to make those choices. I have served eAustralia for nearly 1 year now, and I have watched it grow and prosper and recede like a 40 year old's hairline to our state up to day 710. I hope to watch and help it grow once again, in the future. If you are still upset and want to blame someone, blame all who knew about it and not revealing it to the public.
