Plato's reaction on server breakdown?

I think we cannot even write down all the setbacks of this „epic tournament“. Servers cracked down like a match. Tournament (in fact rewards cause battles were extremely boring) showed to be interesting to erepublik users so during epic rounds lot of people tried to fight and collect prestige points. We 've witnessed notifications of things that didn't happen, unable to comment shouts, appearances of ghost shouts, lag in fighting, donations with huge delay, DO counters not working, PM's not sent, crazy monetary market and some huger issues like stealing up to 70million dmg to one user in battle for Bihar and many, many others
Most of those situations didn t have huge long term impact on game and we dealt them by having fun and joking, but what is really disturbing is that these anomalies appeared for at least 4 days in a row, very often (always during epic fights, sometimes even without them) and developers did not offer single excuse, sorry or explanation. As lot of people spend quite amount of money on the I am asking : Plato you crazy? Don t you want satisfied users? It s not problem if server break down, but some respect toward users is necessary or

Word, two about tournament as well.
- rewards were obviously attractive to most people
- it boosted up a little bit of forgoten and nonexistent food market, and „economy“ moved a little bit, smugglers could get some money and earn something
- it was extremely boring if we look from aside of battles and geopolitic situation
all in all, it has been shown that tournament was success, players interested in „economy“ (which don't exist almost since introducing work as manager and later unification the currencies) could wake up from hibernation, tanks and fighters could earn lot of rank, make lot of damage and developers could earn some money and even Plato haters found a way how to play out his rules with dancing guerrilla. Happiness for whole family?? Well, there are people who seek more, just an example from my old old article about changes i wanted to be introduced.
