Malaysian training war or Indonesian invasion
Another conflict between Malaysia and Indonesia seems to draw closer as Indonesia launched an attack on the Malaysian region Sabah. Though with the recent change of governments, not even Indonesians themselves seemed to be sure of the reason behind the attack, it was launched during the final stages of the Turkish attack on Israel in which Turkey had expected Indonesian support and the timing probably couldn’t be worse. Also to take into consideration is the amount of gold such an attack would drain (attacking a region costs gold based on the population in that region). Gold that could be spent in more important battles.

Indonesia has made several attempts at reaching Karnataka recently but have failed at each attempt, does this mean they will once again give Malaysia a try?



The president of Indonesia published an article in which he explained the situation. According to the Indonesian president the war is financed by an anonymous donator. The war is intended to be a training war when there are no other wars to fight in and attacking Malaysia was the best option due to their low population. So in other words this is a training war against a real enemy.


A low population demands international aid when attacked, Malaysian troops know this too well.

But Malaysian has all rights to be suspicious. With a low population and a high wood region they have good reasons to stay on their toes. Indo and Malaysia had their share of battles in the past and the sole reason that Malaysia is able to withstand an Indonesian attack is because the aid received from allies. Despite having 10 MPP😒 activated this time around Indonesia still has a far chance with the help from PHOENIX mobile forces. We’ll have to wait and see if the statement from Sychev Drainefeld is true or if his just bluffing.

Turkey eradicating Israel
As mentioned earlier, Turkey is on the offensive in Israel. Discord between the countries has gotten worse since Israel aided Greece in their invasion of Southern Turkey during the recent world war and Turkey decided it was a good time to launch a counter attack.


The last stand for Israel

Now I really hate when people start dragging about RL conflicts in eRepublik but this time around I feel forced to mention that the events with ship to Gaza is claimed to be one of the reasons behind the attack.

Certain players claim this recent aggressions to be Turkeys way of “striking back” at Israel for the events that happened with the convoys in real life, others say that this is just an attack like any other that just happened to start soon after the incident in real life. Personally I think that anybody that involves real life conflicts with eRepublik is a douche, I have no idea what side is right in this case and personally I don’t care. I have an opinion about what happened with the convoy but I know better than to drag about it in a game. On the eRepublik forum and media the discussion has already gone south and I would like to encourage both sides to be the better man and just ignore those that can’t seem to see the difference between a game and real life.

Anyway

The invasion goes well for Turkey and PHOENIX. Despite receiving EDEN/BRO aid, Israel failed at holding their regions. Their capital (and last region) will probably fall soon as the battle in Beersheba South District draws to a close with the wall being well below the underground.

What Turkey will gain from this attack is uncertain. The Israeli regions hold no value economically or strategically. Turkey could benefit from the “fun factor” of wars and taking Israel may give them a taste of revenge after the attack during the world war.


Will Turkish military try to hold the Israeli regions after the conquest?

Poland in Scandinavia
In Scandinavia the planned Polish invasion of England seem to have come to a permanent halt. The UK and PHOENIX have started several RW😒 in the two Polish occupied in Scandinavia regions the recent days . And meanwhile the UK once again tries invades Norway. So far it’s unclear why The UK attacks Norway. The most obvious reason would be too further disrupt the Polish attack. However it wouldn’t be the first time that the UK tries to claim the Norwegian high oil region. Norway is fighting with only one MPP (Spain) against the UK and will have to rely on EDEN to fend of the English.



If we take a quick glance over the three battles however it looks like EDEN is in no need for panic at the moment. All three regions will probably be secured. The question remains however, when will Poland counter attack? Its huge population is screaming for resources and they will have to do something about it. Meanwhile as Turkey takes the last Israeli region all of PHOENIX will have more time to focus on one goal, would this be Scandinavia
