Phoenix alliance mission statement

Currently, the eWorld faces a time of uncertainty and insecurity. The Phoenix is a symbol of hope and starting over. The fall of Atlantis has given us the unique opportunity to create something new, something different that rids of the Atlantis/Peace mentality. Now I do not deny that in the long term this will probably end up as being the clash of two big alliances again, but this will happen with any alliance. What matters is how those alliances conduct themselves especially from within. This is where Atlantis failed and where Phoenix wants to make a difference.

This is not to be supposed to be a recreation of Atlantis, its supposed to be NEW and DIFFERENT.

Right now everyone is scared.

Scared that they might end up without an alliance, scared that they will be eaten up by two new power hungry alliances, scared that they don’t know who to trust and who not to trust, scared because they don’t know on what side their former allies are. This is true for PEACE members as well, some of them might want to leave but are too afraid of the consequences.

This is why NOW is the moment to open talks, ladies and gentleman, presidents and common folk. Let it be made clear that I am not acting on behalf of the UK here , but instead on the behalf of every Nation and every citizen that faces the problems above.
I want to achieve negotiations, to create something new, something different, something that might even make the game more fun for everyone.

Let me tell you a little more about possible policies and directions of this alliance, which is in no way final yet, these are merely some initial ideas and I would be grateful for any input or advice given.

Military wise, Phoenix will have to be strong to be able to ensure the integrity of all its member states. It will need to be proactive rather than reactive, in order to prevent or extinguish any hostility brought forward. Strong ties have to be made, firstly through trust and friendship and secondly through MPP’s.
I would like to see an elite Phoenix force, combined from the strongest soldiers within the whole alliance ready to deployed wherever needed and under the command of the Alliance’s military experts and officers.

Economy wise, an Alliance cannot survive without the necessary Raw Materials at their disposal. Strong trade would have to be established between member states, those with rare Materials focusing on supplying those to the other members, and those without materials to funnel the end products back to the RM countries. Any such trade would have to be carefully executed, as not to undercut any local markets and cause a price-war between member states. Ideas such as an elite workforce have been thrown around, and that is certainly something worth investigating.

Overall this is only the beginning of something that can be the next big Alliance, however now YOUR contribution is needed in discussion and through generating thoughts and ideas.

I hope that Phoenix will be able to offer something to everyone and am looking forward to further contacts with your Government. I have already approached several nations, and they all declared some interest, so it is time we come together for a meeting or a discussion. For that purpose a forum or a similar platform will soon be set up.
