the range is too much (3-5G)...most of maps can find 5+- gold, and maybe you also need to consider which direction is choosed of the map. i always choose the middle one and get 5-5.2G.

Panda, I think that there's 2 types of maps: normal maps with a avarege of 5G and king's maps with a high avarage (maybe 40G), I want know which % of king's maps. Or I can be wrong

This survey isn't very helpful. Some of the options are evidently not among those that are actually rewards, while the remaining options don't allow enough fine-grain detail (just whether you got below 5 or above, or the Treasure of Kings). It also doesn't allow anyone to report correctly on more than one map find.
