Personal Trainers, because they're worth it?
Skzapa
When personal trainers went out, I was angry at admins just like most players. I never bought gold at this site and don't ever plan to do so.
Fortunatly I'm a rich player, and I have a bunch of gold in stock, and I doubt I'm the only one. I personally only have acces to Caesar (1G) so I made this little study for Caesar only.
I am a Field Marshall with 15 strength and I believe I can spend 2G/day without ever going broke. Most people would think 2G/day is a lot, but I don't think so. My salary (9.5 skill land) + weapons from the army (that I don't need to buy myself) + referrals earnings + random medals + companies make me easily 2G/day.
So basically I wanted to see how long it took for Caesar to be worth it in term of damages for a strength 15 FM with 2G to spend per day. Basically I came up with these 2 choices :
1- 10 gifts + 6Q3
2- 10 gifts + 6Q1 + Caesar training
I believe gift fight is mandatory, it deals more damage and gives 2 extra xp every day.
So I just made an excel sheet and made a graph to compare the daily damages. Here is the result:
Graph 1
The result was that it took 187 days for a strength 15 FM to start dealing more daily damages with solution 2. But obviously at day 187 you will still have dealt less damage than with solution 1, you'll just be starting to catch up. You'll really have benefitted from Caesar when the blue triangle is bigger than the orange triangle.
So I made another graph of the total damages difference between the 2 solutions (Solution 2 minus Solution 1):
Graph 2
So basically this means it will take a strength 15 Field Marshall exactly 374 days to have dealt more damages using the second solution.
Note that 374 = 2*187. So it takes you twice as long to benefit from Caesar than it takes you to actually deal more daily damages.
What about other strength skills?
I obviously won't make graphs for every skill level so I decided to solve the problem from a mathematical way. Basically the equation of the curve from the second graph (damage differences) is equivalent to:
t^2 + (1 - 25*S)t >0 with S= strength, t= number of days to be breaking even on your caesar investment.
Which means that if your strenght is S, it will take you (25*S - 1) days to benefit from Caesar.
Exemples :
You are strength 20 Field Marshall: it will take you 499 days for Caesar to be worth it.
You are strength 11 Field Marshall: it will take you 274 days for Caesar to be worth it.
Finally, we can say that personal trainers are a long-term investment, even more than Q5 houses. But the reward is also higher and will grow everyday (see graph 2). the only question to ask yourself now is : "Will I still be playing this game in t days ?"
Thank you for reading me, excuse me for any grammar mistake I could have made, and please vote/subscribe to encourage me to write more. (I might do another article for Napoléon when admins unlock him for me)

Even if its effective for those rich players, it doesn't help the newbs catch up. They don't have gold stocks 😛
Still non-theless its a great article and a great statistic to ponder
Great!
Very interesting and informative. Thank you.
Good analysis.
Informative. Just the way I like it.
Voted and sub'd.
According to your calcules, The more gold you have, the more benefits the trainer give you...what if i have to spend de 2 golds for Traning, and still can use Q3/Q4/Q5 weaponry?...
Nice article, but Caesar and Napoleon killing economy in this game
If you have option to use Napoleon, you would use it? It cost 5 gold every day and because of that many citizens aren't buying weapons or houses or anything from market

Awsome.
Easily worth an ADOYA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Btw V + S
Keep up the pro work 😃
any effort is worth a reward but the gaining in strenght is always good
furthermore the newest the player the biggest the gain in strenght so altough older players can have better acess to these new things in a country organisation system it´s far better to give gold to "weaker" players since the overall gain in damage made is superior
it´s like having to decide to wheater suport a tank or use all of that gold to help 160 new players to reach lieutenent faster in the end and in the long term and aslong as the new players are legit and faithfull it´s always better to increase the overall damage of the population instead of a small elite
Nice analysis.
great 😶
You're right moonburn, but we can never be sure that players won't quit before the investment paid off, actually when I see where this game is going I even doubt the game will still be running when my Caesar will start paying off 🙂
Also if you guys like my work, I'm not against a donation (will use it on ads, not Napoleon 😛)
V&S. Thank you for advertising so I could see this article 🙂

Good one indeed 🙂 vote 'n' sub 😃
great article.
Good work. V+
You still have the original 100% boost its just now added and not seen as a boost. Though the 200% sounds nice it will just take way to long for it be of any real benefit. This just seems like a way to make more money the new 140 gold package pretty much affirms that
Great
Great!! Voted!!
Nice job.
Red Dragons for Life!
There's definitely value in being able to exercise more muscle at discretion... buying Q5 guns or even wellness packs at times.
who says the newbs cant? they can buy a 140gpød stock for a long time they can have napoleon
thank you for your great article
great article sir
Great article, awesome really. Congratulations and sub
As i understand it, this is a SPLIT test.
There are THREE (?) versions of Lana.
-Napoleon 5G
-Napoleon 1.8G
-Napoleon not available
For each player a random roll was made and he was assigned a Lana version.
You should do the math for the 1.8G Napoleon too ...
great

Um. What if you simply kept using the same quality weapons, and still payed the gold for training? According to your chart the benefits would be immense.
amasing work
respect
Honestly, for the people that don't have other expenses (e.g. already FM with Q5 house), this is even worthwhile in the short term, since there is nothing else they need to spend their income on.
let me place some numbers too 🙂
Caesar= 1G-- Strenght gain= 2 days worth
Napoleon= 1.8G -- Strenght gain = 3 days worth
now lets see 2 days:
2 Caesar= 2G-- Strenght gain=4 days worth
1 Napoleon+ 1 normal= 1.8G -- Strenght gain = 4 days worth
conclusion= save 0.1G daily with Napoleon!
Impressive article! That's the first one i've read after 6 months.
vote/sub!
Intresting! voted
This is just showing how ridiculous Lana is. Young citizens won't have 2 gold per day!
perfect
Well, that was really graeat! Big vote from me! Keep up with good work!
lana sucks
i must say it in english i see : voted 🙂
Excellent! Thank you!
Le gift fight ? C'est quoi ça ? Un combat de cadeaux ? O.o
Nice article and calculation, but you could apply a little philosophy into it. If u're a field marshall your most imminent goal is to raise strength as high as the game allows it, squeeze every single 0.04 from it, so that one day you may catch up with the 25 strength lads. And then use real firepower 🙂
Very nice
