This should be considered my initial report as Minister for the Treasury. 1500 BEF was just put up for sale on the MM at .019 gold each, this should not only help us to convert our stockpile of BEF into gold but also make the price of BEF cheaper and thus cheaper in terms of gold for people in other countries to buy Belgian things, and frankly, our domestic market is not big enough to support the level of industry we need at the moment.

I've seen your attempt of lowering the BEF value and it's OK from the national bank to intervene when there are big fluctuation. But a national bank should intervene to correct it not to impose it! Especially when there was the bank of Netherlands (still is) present with the same price. Anyways...hope you got your needed gold and hope you'll use it wisely although 250g should have been enough for a joint TW.
