After months of negotiations, the two largest alliances - DWARF and Asteria – have come to a mutually beneficial understanding. I am pleased to announce these terms.
DWARF is an independent, non-aligned alliance and will be respected by Asteria as such. Accordingly, Asteria, Hydra and DWARF agree to a non-aggression pact (NAP) with each other.
DWARF will be neutral with regards to Asteria's conflict with Code and as such will not provide their cores for countries to attack Asteria, Hydra, or CODE.
Countries hosted by DWARF for Training Wars purposes are not to be attacked by CODE, Asteria or Hydra.
As Montenegro declines to participate in this agreement, they are thus able to attack Asteria, and to be attacked by Asteria without being in violation of this agreement.

It wasn't discussed but any change to alliances composition would require small talks to see if deal needs to be modified. It's just all diplomacy after all.

Did CODE agreed on this? Is CODE part of this NAP too? 😁
No, it was discussed with Dwarf only and I would interpret this to mean Dwarf would not welcome at attack on their cores by Code
That still doesn't mean that for example i won't become CP next month and AS whoever is in their cores. Who will stop me to not do that? Them, because it's written here ?

In this fine eWorld where some CODE countries started TWs and signed MPPs with Asteria and Hydra, DWARF chose it's own path. War with Hydra brought Asteria upon DWARF core regions, while they, surprisingly, didn't attack CODE, and we had to join this party, learning from older aliances.
