PDS: May 2012 Presidency

Due to RL issues of Aersidius, I've taken over KMP. Arius Raposas declared his willingness to run, but failed to reply within 1 day. As such, I believe he isn't fit to run for now.

And since I've been planning this for sometime now, I hereby declare my candidacy for PH President for May 2012.

For the old guys, I don't think I need to introduce myself. They already know my activity and capabilities in office.

For the new ones who do not know me, I'm 3-term past PH president (The 4th medal is accidental). Moved a few months back to China to maintain my strength, but was back sometime around February 2012 to lurk and observe in the shadows. I'm still in IRC from time to time chatting with old friends, and listening to issues and such.

As for plans, one thing is sure, I plan to regain PH regions. Other plan is establish a cabinet with old and new players to work together. And also, to have fun in this game. I know PH is a bit boring, but I'll see what I can do to make it livelier.

As always, I suck in writing articles.
