1. Introduction
This is the party program of CLN. Here we present our points of view about Economy, Military, Foreign affairs, Social programs. All congress members of our party will be dedicated to get these points in congress.

1. Economie
The economy is important to build up our nation. Its all about gold, NLG and budgetting both.

1.1 Shareholders
Our party wants to fight for building shareholder companies.

1.1.1 With this company shareholder will make dissisions together by means of a forum like salaries and product prices. A share of the company will cost 0.5 gold and there are 70 shares. A player can buy a maximum of 10 shares (5 gold). A raw company of level 5 will be build when all shares are sold.



2. Military
The military will defend eNetherlands in time of war. Especially with the occupation of ePoland in South and East Netherlands are military forces are very important.

3. Foreign affairs
Foreign affairs are about relations with other countries. It's important for our small country to have good relations with neighbor countries and create allies. At the moment we have a treaty with ePoland which is a big discussion point.

4. Social programs
Social programs are giving information or donations to the citizens of eNetherlands. Our government give out informations for military actions and information about economy.

4.1 Debates and votings in newletter
4.1.1 Debates and votings go by without any information about them is displayed ingame. There should be a newpaper who publishes the debate with results ingame. This way our civilians would be more involved with discussions in congress.

4.2 Recruiting organization
4.2.1 Our government should be active in recruiting new players and getting citizens back to eNetherlands. This could be done with an organization with a little budget of the government.

4.3 referendums/polls for all citizens on forum
4.3.1 Dicisions made in congress could be offered as a referendum at the eNethelands forum. This way all citizens could give their vote in congress. Maybe some players could give some interesting information to contribute the debate.
