Liebe Eidgenossen
Vor vielen Monaten hatte die Schweiz mit dem Code of Conduct (CoC) – die erste Schweizer Verfassung – den Art. 21:
Granting citizenship can't be done unless first contacting the president, vice-president, or Minister of Immigration/vMoIM, failure to do so will result in a summons to the supreme court.
In diesen vergangenen Zeiten hatte nur der Präsident, der Immigrationsminister und ihre Stellvertreter das Recht Pässe zu bewilligen. Damals dachten einige Politiker diese Kontrollinstanz währe eine gute Idee. Leider endete diese Praxis in unzähligen Gerichtsverfahren gegen Schweizer Politiker um ihre Kontrahenten aus dem verkehr zu ziehen. Heute gibt es den Art. 21 nicht mehr und die CoC wurde durch eine neue, bessere und vorallem moderndere Schweizer Verfassung ersetzt in der keine Kontrollinstanzen für Pässe existieren.
Deshalb hat das Eidgenössische Departement für auswärtige Angelegenheiten (EDA) auch keine Kompetenzen den Nationalräten vorzuschreiben wehn sie einen Pass erteilen dürfen. Doch möchten wir mit diesem Artikel alle Nationalräte bitten nur diejenigen Antragssteller einzubürgern die sie auch wirklich kennen. Besonders in der heutigen Situation, in dieser schweren Prüfung zwischen der Schweizerischen Bevölkerung und den obskuren KOSA NOSTRA Switzerland dürfen wir nicht leichtsinnig mit der Passvergabe sein.

Natürlich braucht die Schweiz weitere Botschafter rund um den Globus, deshalb sind alle Schweizer Willkommen sich beim EDA zu bewerben. Sendet eure Bewerbungsunterlagen hier hin.
Gewünschte Minimalvoraussetzungen:
* Intergrität und unparteilichkeit.
* Erfahrungen mit einem IRC-Client (Web/Standalone).
* Fähig wichtige Informationen nicht weiterzuleiten (Bsp. Agenturen, Firmen, Parteien etc.).
* Lesen/Schreiber einer Schweizer nativen Sprache wie Deutsch, Französisch, Italienisch oder Rumantsch sind von vorteil.
Auch setze ich voraus, dass die politische Landschaft der Schweiz nicht zum aussenpolitischen Thema werden. Schweizer Botschafter dürfen ihre position nicht dazu missbrauchen, vorteile für ihre Gruppen, Parteien oder ihr Ursprungsland heraus zu schleichen. Sie werden absolut dem EDA unterstellt sein und es wird erwartet das alle Informationen innerhalb des EDAs bleiben. Um das sicherzustellen, werden die Schweizer Botschafter periodisch und International durch das EDA überwacht.

Dear eSwiss
Many months ago had Switzerland with the Code of Conduct (CoC) – the first Swiss Constitution – the Art. 21:
Granting citizenship can't be done unless first contacting the president, vice-president, or Minister of Immigration/vMoIM, failure to do so will result in a summons to the supreme court.
In these times had only the President, Minister of Immigration and their deputies rights to grant passports. At that time, some Swiss politicians thought this supervisory authority is a good idea. Unfortunately ended this practice in countless court cases against Swiss Politicians to withdraw their opponents from political mandates. Today, the Art. 21 no longer exists and the CoC was replaced through a new, better and mainly more modern Swiss Constitution without supervisory authority for passports.
Therefore has the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (FDFA) no competence to impose the National Council for passports approvals. But we would with this article all members of the National Council plead to naturalize only applicants they really know. Especially in the today's situation, in this difficult test between the people of Switzerland and the obscure KOSA NOSTRA Switzerland, we must not be careless with the password approvals.

Of course, Switzerland needs more ambassadors around the world, therefore are all Swiss welcome to apply for the FDFA. Send here your application documents.
Desired minimum requirements:
* Integrity and impartiality.
* Experience with one IRC-Client (Web/Standalone).
* Able not forward important information (E.g. Agencies, Companies, Parties, etc.).
* Read/Write one Swiss native language like German, Frensh, Italian or Rumantsch will be good.
Also, we assume that the political landscape of Switzerland will be not the foreign policy topic. Swiss Ambassadors must not abuse their position to benefits their groups, parties or their country of origin. They will be absolutely under the leadership of the FDFA and we assume that all information will be inside the FDFA only. To insure this, the Swiss Ambassadors will be periodically and international monitored by the FDFA.

@Ghostbiker Das EDA hat im letzten Artikel http://www.erepublik.com/en/article/natural-enemy-amp-schweizer-botschaften-natural-enemy-amp-swiss-embassies-1630054/1/20 veröffentlicht, dass alle Schweizer Botschafter die im Dezember 2010 ihr Mandat erfüllt haben sich beim EDA melden müssen wenn sie ihre Aufgabe fortsetzen wollen. Das hast du nicht gemacht, weshalb diese Vakanz noch offen steht. Das EDA verteilt die Schweizer Botschaftsvakanzen nicht für ein ganze eLeben, sondern ist verpflichtet die Präsenz der Schweizer Botschafter immer wieder zu prüfen.

MoD maliodpalube has asked me to represent Switzerland's military interests to the USA.
my experience with American politics and unique relationship with their military more than qualifies me for this job.
@Air Herz: No changes for Switzerland, he is already back in Russia. I given him the citizenship because he wanted get his company back to his country. You know, soon all organization will be deleted. This new situation will be hard for us all :

I think in this situation eSwitzerland needs supervisory authority for passports!
And how you want control this supervisory authority? The history show us, that's a fiction. First, it exists currently now law for that and second, we know where such supervisory authority ended ;>
Maybe not a supervisory authority but some recommandation could be good. There are many good people (like Berengar, Papain, Lukas Kelly, etc.) who are waiting for a passport for weeks and some other who are given a passport even if we don't know they or even worse: not to stay in Switzerland like Mr FLATROY.
Naturally, I should give passports to your voters LOL ;>

decide to give or not the citizenship, asking informations to the people who wants the citizenship, maybe also speaking with MOFA of the country of origin...somenthing like that. If we dont do something it will be too easy to pto the country as it happened.
But for that we don't need a supervisory authority because what you want do, if the members of the National Council don't care the supervisory authority? Punishments? Like I said, this ended in the history in mass accusation on the Swiss Supreme Court. Look in the old private forum of F4uc0n, you find there in the archive the Swiss Supreme Court. You will be surprised how dominate the accusation based on Art. 21 is represented ;>
And if you move this responsibility to party president, then you have a problem. E.g. what you do with members of the National Council which are not members of any parties? No party president give them approval for his vote support because party president only immigrate their own team. Ask F4uc0n and his party members, they have experience in that practice ;>
