Overview of the eWorld [ENG]

V2 launched
Say what you will about it, it’s hear to stay anyway. And no matter what you say we all know you’ll keep playing it so let’s cut the crap and get a sit wrap on the situation ahead!

Military moves freezes
Admins have stopped all countries from military movement for a few days ahead. This to let all the bugs and possible difficulties be solved before hell breaks lose. This was all known to presidents and military around the eWorld and thus the map sort of exploded on the last days of V1, resulting in some chaotic scenery.

Also, the war campaigns from V1, both the successful and less successful, will follow us in to V2. So what’s been happening?

note: I've not taken the new resources in to account as I'm still not certain about their value and position, also I haven't written anything about South America simply due to the fact that I got little knowledge about that part of the eWorld.

North America

Poland = Pink, Ireland = dark yellow, Spain = Brown, Italy = light blue

In hope of stirring up a babyboom and also get a hold on the Russian diamonds, USA invaded Far-Eastern Russia from Alaska. The attack failed though and the Brolliance now finds themselves with Russians on their backyard. A full out attack on USA by Russia feels pretty far from reality though, but who knows?

On the plus side for USA and EDEN/BRO, the region swapping was successful. As can be seen on the map Poland now holds plenty of high regions and even Ireland gets a share of the cookie as they now have the high grain region of North-Dakota.

Polish economy was going downwards and despite the huge sums of gold that Poland has been forced to pay for this region swap it will probably be worth it in the end.

Italy and Mexico have broke a long time friendship as Italy has helped Spain reach the Mexican regions and Spain now holds a high oil region in Mexico (this will be further explained later)

Europe


The drawn out Balkan conflict continues as always. PHOENIX launched a massive attack on Croatia, mostly for the heck of it as Croatian regions hold no real value. Slovenia has managed to create a spearhead in Croatia but will probably be pushed back by Croatia once the war module is up and running.

Germany also made a “just for the heck of it” attack as they invaded Scania in southern Sweden, rivalry between Sweden and Germany stretches far back in time. Germany with it’s far superior population will probably outnumber Sweden but then again we have to take the new military module in to account. Time will tell.

Italy and Spain is performing a region swap not received well by the entante. Neither Mexico or France appreciates the fact that Italy works together with an EDEN country, especially considering the fact that Italy have given Spain permission to wreck freely in Mexican regions and gain access to the Mexican oil.

Hungary have finally gain access to a second high region, after the loss of Hello Kitty. Rhone Alps, previously held by Poland, is now in Hungarian hands meaning that Hungary now holds both high grain and wood. The fact that France agrees to borrow the region to Hungary moves them one step closer to the PHOENIX on the alliance scale. Take in to account the worsened relations with Italy and we may soon see France with a full PHOENIX membership.

Noteworthy is that both USA and Russia holds regions in Europe as v2 launches, Russia in Northern Poland and USA on the shores of Western UK. It is unclear as to what they will make out of this situation and most likely they will both focus on the US – Russia war in North America but once again time will tell.

South Asia


USA remains in control of Karnataka despite talks of giving the region back to India. It is most likely that the Indians have changed their mind on the Karnataka matter for now and decided to let USA hold it.

Australia has faced a PTO so serious that it’s countrymen are now migrating. Indonesians have managed to completely take over the country and it will now probably work as a rag doll for the PHOENIX alliance. Despite accusations of Indonesia cheating from EDEN and BRO admins have so far done nothing to interfere with the election results and thus for the time being Australia will be a "part of" the PHOENIX alliance.

North Asia

(USA = blue, Serbia = Orange)

Serbia holds on to Lion King as we enter V2. The EDEN offensive ultimately failed to remove Serbia from China. The question is if EDEN will have the will and gold to start another offensive on Serbian regions in China. Lion King is an important source of resources for all of PHOENIX as its iron provides weapons for the alliance, if EDEN would be successful in taking it back it would mean a serious setback for PHOENIX.
