I like everything down to the link to Dioism, unless you are going to add a link to all the other eReligions (zamuelism, Deism, etc...) that link should be left out. Also the two TC links should be as wide as the Education links, the way they are now looks sloppy and unprofessional. However, the wording is much, much better than any we have had lately.
CHS: This is just a test NCM. The formatting of course will be fixed (obviously the TC banners were an error in the coding). I'm not the biggest fan of the Dioism banner, but Hell. It may actually make people a little interested in the culture instead of just clicking.
