My fellow Canadians at home and scattered throughout the world, I write to you in dark times. Yes, our great nation once again appears on the map, but we must not be lulled into a false sense of security. Our enemies still prowl outside the gate. Be strong! Be vigilant! Do not forget that you are, and will forever be, a Canadian!
