Our friends from Croatia

Good evening eIreland. The above picture is from Dubrovnik in Croatia. The ties between our two countries from an eRepublik point of view has always been strong. When Ireland was being perma-wiped by the UK our Croatian brothers and sisters fought to free us amongst others.

There is also the salient fact that 20% of the citizens of our country are from Croatia in RL, by far the biggest contributor to our nation, and many of them are Division III and IV. My limited understanding of the reasons behind this is that a lot of them are unhappy with eCroatia, even though all of them love their country in RL. The other thing is that for some insane reason, they feel fraternity with Ireland for historical and sociological reasons. For them, Ireland is like Croatia, without the good weather.

The purpose of this article, is not just to highlight these bonds, but to point your attention to a forthcoming war. To understand this, I only need to show you the following screenshots.






Now, I don't know the politics behind this. I do know that I find Croatian activities to be......questionable sometimes. Why Switzerland for example. But I do know that while spending most of their time fighting Serbia, to expect them to fight Slovenia, FYROM and Poland the 27th, 12th and 6th ranking nations is eRepublik is plain unfair, let alone the fact that all of them have NE'd Croatia.

Croatia has decided to NE Slovenia, and France as a consequence is back on the map and we hope they will help. But in reality, Croatia is about to be wiped without serious support from her allies.

We may not be the strongest nation in eRepublik, but when we fight together, we're a pretty formidable force. I am asking all of our MU's to coordinate over the next few days in a logical and tactical manner to help Croatia as much as we can.
