Notes
• Production stats does not take into consideration of any production bonuses. For each resource a country has control of, the production increases by 20%.
• Raw Material companies cannot be upgraded. Factories can be upgraded.

GENERAL MANAGER

As General Manager, you control various details of the company. You can change the name of the company to whatever you want (as long as that name is not already taken). You can also see the current amount of stock, finances and raw materials. Note that those three items are whatever is in your monetary account and storage. You can upgrade or downgrade a company, which will change the quality of the company (this option is for factories only). You can also dissolve a company, which will remove the company from existance, and you will get some gold in return. You can also sell a company on the market. To sell products on the marketplace, go to your storage and sell the amount of products you want to sell and set a price.

EMPLOYMENT

You can hire up to 5 people per company. To place an offer on the job market, click the manage employees button (either on My Land or on Company Details), and then place a wage and the amount of job offers you want. Since you can only hire 5 people per compnay, you can only have 5 offers at a time (or however many vacant spots are in that company). It is not mandatory to hire people, since you have the option of just working for the company yourself as general manager. It is important to have enough money for wages, and raw materials for factories, or else people will not be able to work.
