Order of Australia Nominee?

I am going to become completely honest with you my friends; I have indeed had a couple of drinks tonight (game called circle of death?) so if anything is out of the ordinary I truly apologize. But I am using Word so I should catch all the main mistakes anyway. As usual though my punctuation will be way off 😛

The reason I wrote this article is to hopefully inspire some kind of conversation about Scottty. As you all know he has decided to leave the game. And let’s just take a look at everything he has done throughout his time here. He has always had a kind face to everybody, he created possibly the most popular MU that Australia has ever seen (which he supplied for the most part) and he has helped eAustralia through his numerous damage that he has inflicted upon her enemies. (word is telling me that’s wrong? I don’t see how honestly.)
Now for some of you that have not yet ventured to our forums, there is a category called the “Order of Australia”. And you might ask yourself who is in this “Order”. Well frankly a lot of them are still here with us today, there is Tim Holtz, Larni and even a few others. And somebody mentioned about adding Scottty to this group of exceptional Australians. And too be honest does the title really mean much? No but it is the idea behind it that gives it strength
Somebody raised a valid point, and that people shouldn't be added simply because of how much money they spend to inflict damage, well that is a very fair point. After all if I was to spend 500 dollars tomorrow for Australia should I am accepted into this order? No because I truly didn't do much other than push by “pay with PayPal” option. Have I donated the time to eAustralia? Have I done something evolutionary? No I just pushed a button.

Scottty has helped numerous players, whether it be with advice, supplies, or just a kind word of encouragement. He has given a large part of his personal time for us (and bank account 😛) to the benefit of eAustralia, now I know there are numerous “categories” to this order. And should he be in the top? No perhaps not but u believe he should be given some recognition and not just forgotten to the players that come after us

Scotty did all of those & with his creation & nurturing of Warcrew he left an excellent legacy
I no longer use the forums, but fully support Scottty for the OA. (I will proxy my vote when the time comes) He has done so much for the community, and indeed given us back our nation. I know for a fact there is no way we could have won with out him and there were many times we both spoke tactics and organised various outfits to cover us. This is very time consuming, we are not simply talking one night... we are talking the week leading up to things that require a committment that not many people will ever fully appreciate. It's all well and good to stand on the outside and cast judgement but to actually go into the heat of things is insane...
He has also helped new and encouraged new and older players alike. We strive to be better and he has given us a chance at new life. It has nothing to do with money, it was not this which attracted me to get involved in the planning stages of removing Chile.
It was his commitment, the example he set to everyone that reminded me why I have stuck around for so long. (and lets be honest it was a challenge I couldn't resist)
While I do not think he will care about this, it is important for the rest of the nation to honour him.

I hope that Scotty is recognised, finally.
And I think his recent use of paypal in fighting has NOTHING to do with the fact he not only served in Government, he brokered many agreements in the benefit of eAus, over more than FOUR YEARS in real life, contributed to the social fabric of our country, and, dearly loved this nation.
That is all I will say on the matter.
