Join the new world

Good evening ladies and gentlemen of eIreland,
I have been observing the other candidates, and been carrying out my own research and have come to a conclusion about 2 of the other candidates, but before I begin I'd just like to announce that this isn't personal as I don't know either of the candidates very well to making judgement on their personalities so I won't bother, simple as, this is especially important considering how the race is heating up.

Here are the two candidates, Sweet Drinker and EmperorPalpatine, I've noticed several peculiar things about both which I will now go into detail ;

1. Sw33t Drinker
Sweet is the current CP, I haven't been around for the majority of his presidency so I am not in a position to be knowledgeable on what he has done 100%, but what I am aware is how Sw33t has tried to preserve our nation's independence, but the British retain control over parts of our country which is not good, I feel that it needs to be redressed ASAP.
However,with regards to the current election I have noticed that he hasn't written an article regarding his aims should he be re-elected (See Here), although he may release one before the election , whether it was due to me pointing it out or not will be unknown, and if he doesn't, is it down to him being cocky or is down to him being confident? what do yous think?

2.Emperor Palpatine
I was looking down through my news feed and I saw this, I got curious and clicked on the comments, so apparently there is a ''competition'' going on where whoever guesses the votes for the election will get gold as a prize, that seems a bit dodgy in my opinion as this might encourage people to organize people to vote for those they reckon will win .. I feel that gold should not have any role to play in politics , but is it just me?
I had a look at Emperor's Election article, and to be fair it was quite ridiculous , most of it is animated pictures and yet it still got 30+ votes , I read further into it and halfway into it I read his aims which are very bland and basic , he said and I quote ''With peace between us and the eBrits, we can now focus more on remodeling our government to be more efficient, more in-tuned to what the public desires, a vetting system to stop spies/sabotagers/PTO'ers from taking political office, and much more! Now is a time to be looking inward rather than outward.'', that was only 2 1/2 lines altogether in his article. In fact, I thought the comments were better then the article particularly what Bhane said, he then added this and concluded with this.
I have nothing against Mike, but in my opinion it seems like he doesn't give a damn about this election nor does it appear like he intends to do much, particularly since his election article was mostly pictures..


Conclusion.

I don't claim to be better then my opponents, because I know they have me for XP, and probably have other ideas which they haven't made public, but what I do have is the determination to make our international situation more favorable and an undying loyalty to this nation, I will do everything that is currently possible to free this enation, I'm also the one with a clean slate, so remember;

When voting for the candidates in a few days time please remember thata New President means a New Path and a New Ireland.
