With Bavaria lost, the Swedes and the Poles can now wipe Germany off the face of the world. What the hell happen, if eGermany’s allies did what they are suppose to do, we would not see Germany being annihilated. This conflict is not a war but a massacre. The MoD of eUK and president scrabman of eUSA allowed the Swedes and the Poles to commit eGenocide against our good ally to avoid complication with the Swedes and the Poles. This is bad policy.
What happened was appeasement. Our government gave in to Swedish demand to be “neutral.” Neutral in this case means inaction; therefore, the aggressor states can easily steal the land for themselves. They try to get peace treaties sign so it gives them legitimacy to the land as we accept no to take action in their land grab. This is wrong and scandalous. Our government in eUK and eUSA stayed “neutral” but in reality, if “neutrality” that supports one side at the expense of the other, it is not neutrality but just plan inaction. In this conflict, our government stayed in inaction which in reality sided with the aggressors.
I do need to note the scrabman did fight for eGermany in a few battles but unless he mobilized and use his position to actively defend Germany, he is still not doing the honourable thing. I am not here to bash president scrabman as I think he tries to do the right thing; however, I am really opposed to the appeasement style policy. The eUK government is not innocent of this as well. Our government should not side with unjust aggressors. How can our government sided with eSweden who their president sent the following letter to “reduce tensions to prevent the war”

This is Sweden’s offer to Germany to repair our tarnished relations:
Sweden will be granted the following regions permanently: Schleswig-Holstein, Mecklenburg, Lower-Saxony, NorthRhine-Westphalia. Also, if Sweden later on requires, Rhineland-Palatinate shall be transferred to Sweden.
Germany will pay Sweden 200 gold per month in 6 months. This sum of gold is only a deposit and will be paid back to Germany after the 6th payment from Germany with 200 gold each month until the sum is paid back. If a RW is started in any of the Swedish-German regions and the region is lost, the deposit will forever belong to Sweden.
If any of the Swedish-German regions is lost to Germany they are obliged to return it to Sweden.
Germany will not be a member of Atlantis. However, they will be under Atlantis’ protection.

This letter is insulting and unrealistic as Germany can never paid that kind of sum of gold. Also no leaders in the world are willing to give up their territory just like that. From the start, the Swedes created tensions which allow them to military conquest. The worse thing is that our government allows the Swedes and later the Poles to gobble Germany up. We are sending a wrong message in the world. We are allowing the Swedes and the Poles to get away from murder. As the result, we are encouraging hostile states to be more bold and aggressive. If we do not draw the line and resist this kind of behavior, invading (unjustly) weaker states and PTO with multis etc, these act ivies will run rampant. Sitting down and do nothing will resolve nothing. Appeasement resolves nothing. We need to act against injustice even if it is inconvenient. This is the duty of egovernment and ecitizens.
The people condemn the takeover of South Africa but our government really did not act much. The people condemn the military aggression of eSweden and ePoland, but the state did NOTHING. Now with eGenocide finished and eSouth Africa and almost complete in eGermany, how many more states need to fall before our government wakes up and decide to act? I do hope soon, because at this rate, I will be forced to wave the Indonesian flag against my will, then our government might wake up and begins to govern.

Genocide was in SA during Boer Wars, in Turkey during First War, in Germany during WWII. Such comparison is highly inappropriate, moreover it is sad to see people using such words just to make some fancy comments about online game.

When you have something serious and realistic to say other than evoking emotions please don't post it here. If you read the article or have any knowledge in the new world, you would of know that this article is about the eRepublik world and not the real world. It is YOU that is trying to evoke emotions here bring Real World events like the holocaust and the Armenians genocide. I think you are the one trying to cause a scene here by saying RL atrocity instead of the gist of my article politics in the New World.
What you are doing is abusing Ad hominem in your argument. You purposely misinterpreting my words, but in this cause you added a lot of your words, to create an non-deniable fact (atrocity is bad) that tries to discredit this article instead of engaging in reasonable and logical debate. If you read this articles it is about "Poland took Bavaria" and how our governments failed. If this article really opened your eyes on the shocking nature of this situation, you should stand up against your government and protest the ethics of it.
This article is not neutral. I am not the government of eUSA or eUK who pledge inactive. I am a part of a huge group of the free press. I don't have to be neutral and say what the gov. wants. I didn't find the title of this article offensive in any way, but if some were to take offense to this article, they really shouldn't let it bother them to the point of making a big deal out of it. It wasn't ment to be offensive and wasn't ment to disrespect anyone. Sometimes what the writer wants their audience to feel after reading their writing isn't always how the reader recieves it.
