Dear Mr. President:
I know you since I am in eRussia, and you were always friendly to me. I respect you and the job you are trying to do in eRussia. But the current Government is a disaster, and I have tried to warn you to no avail, so I will write here why, and how can you resolve this, in the hope that you correct at least some aspects of the course of the current Cabinett.
Minister of Economy - Reutov
The state treasury has more than 4000 Gold
Still, we have managed to build only one hospital in the last months. A hospital costs 350 Gold.
This hospital was placed in Moscow. Which is not the worse solution (it makes unnecessary for many newbies to travel to Kalinigrad) but neither is the best: We are at war with the eUSA, and the chances that the Far Eastern gets invaded are very high. We must protect this region immediately.
And we are buying this hospital from... De La Voro Gngsterito, who is one of the most known take-overers, a public defender of taking over, and a financial criminal who tries to get money from unattentive newbies.
This is a disaster. The Government should not make business with criminals and take-overers. We have enough honest people in eRussia.
Minister of Defence - Notwiths
The former Minister did not even know that we were going to be at war soon... and he was the best soldier I have ever met in eRepublik. You take the best people and then ignore their abilities, and it is not the last time (see below).
The new Minister is trying a complete reform of the Army in the middle of the Third World War. He had obviously no experience in the Ministry before, and lacks of human resources to make his job propertly right now.
* He does not know about existing organizations of the Ministry.
* The Deputy Dragonlord disappears to RL for a week and does not consider necessary to warn the Legion he has to inform about orders. The Minister names no substitute nor does it warn this Legion.
* Other Deputy, who should care about weapons during the Battle of Alaska, is absent with no reason. We lost that battle, our soldiers fighting desperately with own weapons because we got none from the Ministry for the second attack.
* The orders come often late, and are incomplete and sometimes plain wrong.
Notwith has a good heart but he needs urgently more human resources and a better discipline on himself and the rest of its Ministy. We are at war, for God's sake!
Minister of Foreign Affairs - SaraDroz
You named this very popular person as Minister, and she is trying to bite her teeth to be loyal to you. But the truth is that this very much seems like a PR operation from your side, because SaraDroz:
* ... knows sometimes less about Foreign Relations as a reader of some newspaper from your friends.
* ... had no idea why we were attacking the eUSA.
* ... has been completely ignored for weeks in the negotiations with eHungary about the Ural, which you try to carry on personally.
One gets the impression that you want the credit for anything, and are not ready to share it with your own Minister, a loyal member of the CDP you only took to give a good impression. You must delegate on her and let he do her job!
Minister of Information - Noodlle
This clown gives the information late and childish. His answer to why are we supporting PEACE in the Third World War was "hey, it's just a game, and newbies want a war"...
He showed no information that newbies really want THIS war, nor did he say what we get from it from our allies, nor did he gave any other reasonable indication. He is a joke, not a Minister. Yes: This is a game. But it is a game where the feelings of thousands of eRussian players are involved, and this war is a risk for the very existence of eRussia. We have lost in Alaska. What do you think will be the first victim if the eUSA decides to take revenge? Which country is at war with them and in the way to eIndonesia?
Will the newbies the Minister mentioned (but never showed - no polling - nothing) be as pleased as now when eRussia is invaded again?
This kind of "information" is nothing we need. You should fire this Minister and substitute him by somebody who is really ready to inform (many questions remain unanswered now) and do to it like an adult and not like a child.
We The Cossacks are ready to collaborate with the Government. But we need a serious Government. You are the President. We respect you. Please give us a serious Government, for the sake of our country, its security and wellness.

To put the new hospital in Far Eastern Region, would by your own admission, put it at risk.

This is unfair. I forgot to mention this, but I did get weapons from them. I just received them about three-and-a-half hours after the battle ended.

This hospital was bought for 1 riubel, without gold donate - it's a FRP present.
Also i don't think that hospital in FE is a good idea right now - we can't move even 500 people there.
About def.minister - i'll speak to him and we'll try to solve these problems.

I have mixed feelings on your answer. For one side, it is sad that I had to write an article to make you pay attention to our problems. By the other side, it is good that you do not fall into disqualifications and try to understand our critics and react to them. This is very good, I appreciate this.
Defense: I can provide you of an exact definition of what "good orders" are, with a check list I gave to the Ministry of Defense. I offered them also our organization to store weapons, so that we can store 32 weapons and give them, of course under the conditions given by the MoD, to our soldiers in need.
Information: Better as to correcting something that the Ministress of Foreign Affairs will do soon (writing an article explaining the position of the Government on this war), I would be happy if you just move him to take further information requests SERIOUSLY. At least when they come from leaders of parties or important organizations in eRussia. If he learns to get serious and serve as a Minister, I withdraw my request to fire him.
Economy: I am sorry but the idea that a TOer and criminal just gives pleasantly a hospital to the FRP is somehow unbelievable. This person should be expelled from the FRP and not used for important subject matters. I have provided links about this opinions and crimes in the article.
Foreign Affairs: You said nothing to this and I can't help but noticing.
