Open Letter to Romanian Country President [TRADUCIDA] [EDITADO]

Estimado butnaru,

¿Cómo va todo? ¿Desperdiciando GOLD de nuevo contra Hungría? Accedí finalmente a hablar con el Presidente de Hungría así como algunas personas de su Gobierno para hablar de la paz entre Rumanía y Hungría como ya hablamos en la reunión que tuvimos hace algunos días, pero las cosas no fueron demasiado diferentes de las que hablamos en su momento.

Por lo tanto, ¿qué es lo que ocurre ahora? Dijiste que debía convencer a Hungría, pero ellos ya están convencidos de querer la paz, es sólo su propio congreso y su propia población la que tiene que ser convencida de esta guerra completamente inútil. ¿Y qué decir sobre Rumanía? Exactamente lo mismo. Supongo que puedes controlar a tu población como me dijiste a mi, ¿no? Entonces, ¿por qué no se ha firmado ya la paz? Tenéis un congreso nuevo, así que céntrate en tus asuntos y tus decisiones y no lances tus problemas a terceros países como España con tus MPPs a traición.

Expliquemos la situación en 12 pequeños pasos:

1.- Hungría abandona PHOENIX > Se convierten en neutrales (o al menos más neutrales que estando en PHOENI😵
2.- Rumanía lanza un MPP a Brazil (Neutral - PANAM) (http://www.erepublik.com/en/Romania/law/62304) > FAIL por parte del lado brasileño.
3.- España firma un MPP con Hungría debido a terceras personas que manipulan al presidente y algunos miembros del consejo.
4.- Rumanía se enfada.
5.- Rumanía no habla con España sobre nada del asunto y OBLIGAN a España a firmar con ellos.
6.- España no quiere perder el MPP Húngaro desde que tener el MPP Rumano para luchar en una guerra completamente absurda es inútil, cuando Rumanía siquiera está dando su ayuda a España cuando fue necesitada en los últimos meses.
7.- Rumanía dona 100 GOLD al Tesoro español y lanza el MPP a traición.
8.- España lo rechaza.
9.- Rumanía se enfada y empieza a trollear a España y a apuntarla con el dedo haciendo ver que somos el problema aquí. Deben de tener memoria a muuuuy corto plazo y olvidan acerca de la manipulación, la donación, la traición acerca de mandar el MPP rumano sin mantener conversaciones con España y la guerra estúpida en la que se encuentran.
9.1.- Rumanía tanquea en contra de España en las RWs que montó Brasil, haciéndonos perder regiones en Venezuela. Bogdan_L fue el principal artífice, junto a algunos miembros de las FAR.
10.- Rumanía firma un MPP con Brasil (http://www.erepublik.com/en/Brazil/law/65954) > SUCCESS
11.- Brasil declara Enemigo Natural a España
12.- Nadie dice nada sobre Rumanía.

Ahora encontremos las 7 diferencias de acuerdo al Tratado de EDEN

Hungría abandona PHOENIX y firma un MPP con un miembro de EDEN (Polonia en ese momento) > OK. El tratado no dice que no puedas, desde que Polonia y Hungría no tienen una guerra abierta entre ellos.

Debido a eso, Hungría debería ser considerada como una Nación Neutral de acuerdo al tratado: 1.0.2. Naciones Neutrales: Países que pueden o no pueden tener MPPs con Miembros para protección mutua, pero no toman parte de las acciones militares de EDEN.

Ellos tienen MPPs de EDEN (Polonia) y no tienen MPPs con EDEN (otros países) y tampoco toman parte de operaciones militares de EDEN. Esto debería quedar claro.

Entonces, ¿cuál es el problema de Rumanía si firma un MPP con Hungría? De acuerdo al tratado de nuevo...
3.0.1. En el caso de que un Miembro sea atacado por una Nación Hostil, todos los demás Miembros están obligados a proveer ayuda militar y económica.

Hungría ataca Rumanía, ok, ¡pero espera!, ¡Hungría es una Nación Neutral como se ha declarado en el último párrafo! El tratado no dice nada acerda de Naciones Neutrales que ataquen a Naciones Miembro, por lo tanto ¿qué problema hay con España?

Si estáis siempre quejándoos acerca del MPP Húngaro porque hemos firmado con ellos a pesar de que vosotros estáis envueltos en una guerra directa con ellos, ¿qué vais a hacer ahora cuando Brasil nos ha declarado Enemigo Natural como VOSOTROS hicisteis con Hungría? Nada... Solo llorar y trollear como habéis hecho siempre.

Ya sabreis la posición que España tomará en el futuro contra vosotros. Sois increiblemente molestos con todos vuestros aliados por vuestros lloros, criticando al resto por los mismos actos que cometéis y después de ellos, ser humillados por cada país.

Os vais a quedar solos tarde o temprano.

How is everything going? Wasting GOLD against Hungary again? I agreed to talk with former CP of Hungary as well as some people from the goverment as I said to you on the meeting we had some days ago, but the things weren’t so much different from the things we talked about.

So, what is the point right now? You said that I had to convince Hungary, but they are already convinced, it’s just only their own congress and population just to be convinced about a war that is completely useless. And what about Romania? Exactly the same. I suposse that you can control your population as you said to me, can’t you? Then, why is not the peace signed? You have new congress now, so stay focused in your topic and your decisions and don’t throw your own problems to third countries like Spain due to you are throwing betrayal MPPs.

Lets explain the situation in 12 simple steps:

1.- Hungary leave PHOENIX > They become neutral (or, at least, more neutral than being in PHOENI😵
2.- Romania sign an MPP with Brazil (Neutral - PANAM Member) (http://www.erepublik.com/en/Romania/law/62304) > FAIL from Brazilian side.
3.- Spain sign the Hungarian MPP due to third people who manipulated the last CP and some congress members.
4.- Romania get angry.
5.- Romania don’t talk with Spain about the situation. They FORCE Spain to sign with them.
6.- Spain don’t want to lose the Hungarian MPP since having a Romanian MPP to fight in a completely useless war is stupid, when Romania is not even giving their help to Spain when was needed during last months.
7.- Romania donate 100 GOLD to Spanish Country Treasure and throw the MPP treacherously.
8.- Spain deny it.
9.- Romania get angrier and start trolling at Spain and pointing us as the potential problem here. They have very short memory and they forget the manipulation about the donation, the betrayal about the MPP without conversations and the stupid war were they are involved.
9.1.- Romania tanked against Spain in Brazilian RWs, making us to lose regions in Venezuela. Bogdan_L was the main person who did it, although we saw some FAR members.
10.- Romania sign again with Brazil (http://www.erepublik.com/en/Brazil/law/65954) > SUCCESS
11.- Brazil declares Natural Enemy to Spain.
12.- Nobody says anything about Romania.

Hungary left Phoenix and signs an MPP with a EDEN member (Poland in that moment) > OK. The treaty doesn’t say you can’t, since Poland and Hungary don’t have an open war between them.

Due to that, Hungary should be considered as Neutral Nation according to the treaty:
1.0.2. Neutral nations. Countries that may or may not have active MPPs with Members for mutual protection but do not otherwise take part in EDEN military operations.

They have EDEN MPPs (Poland) and don’t have EDEN MPPs (other countries) and they don’t take part of EDEN military operations. That’s should be clear.

So, what’s the point with Romania if Spain signs an MPP with Hungary? According to the treaty again...
3.0.1. In the case of a Member being attacked by a Hostile nation all other Members are obligated to provide military and economic support.

Hungary attacks Romania, okey, but wait! Hungary is a Neutral Nations as we declare in the last paragraph! The treaty doesn’t say anything about Neutral Nations attacking Member Nations, so what’s the point with Spain? You should started about Poland, not with the second country that rejects a MPP with you.

If you are always complaining about the Hungarian MPP because we signed with them despite the fact you are involved in a direct war with them, what will be your point now, when Brazil, declared Natural Enemy as YOU did with Hungary? Nothing. Just cry and troll as always you did.

You will know about the position that Spain will have in the future against you. You are annoying all your allies with your potential cry, criticizing them for the same acts you do and after that being pissed for every country.
